I have been taking this DGL for months and it works quite well. The price is a little expensive but it works for me. I have had no side effects from this brand of DGL. I don't actually taste it as it is a capsule and it is a small capsule which I like.

WONDERFUL FOR ACID REFLUX

I've had the best luck with this kind of DGL to settle my stomach after meals. I have extensive digestive issues from repeated surgeries and this seems to help as much as any other DGL supplement. Gluten-free as well

I am not a doctor so this is not medical advice just my experience. I used these to help heal my suspected silent reflux. I was taking a round of Prilosec and then after finishing those I started these and aloe caps. Def speak to your doc (preferably a holistic one if you are going all natural, as western medicine docs may not know much about this supplement) I don’t think these are meant to be long term and plan to wean off of them soon. I was suffering from a plethora of gi issues and this was just one of many things in my otc tool box under the advice of a holistic coach who examined me and went over my medical history. I don’t recommend taking any supplements without researching the possible side effects and contraindications. Good luck!

Work great

The DGL (even in small amounts such as 150 mg/day has been most effective in controlling my acid reflux. It also helped me recover from a massive episode of diverticular bleeding by coating the lining of my stomach/intestines without having to take prescription drugs. The drugs would have caused lots of damaging side effects. I am thankful for the people who introduced me to DGL and can't be happier with it.

I didn't notice before I opened them that they are not chewable like the regular green label.

I have left this same review about this company's chewable version. The chewables work very well, but I purchased these DGL capsules in error while looking for chewables. I read that in order for the licorice to work it needs to mix with saliva. I wrote once to the company to ask how capsules would work if they didn't mix until your stomach. I got no answer. I wrote a second time only to get a response repeating my questions and saying the company wasn't at liberty to give any information about its products. I still have one bottle of capsules and one of chewables. I will use up the chewables. I may try the capsules to see if they are effective. I will never buy this brand again.
