The Greater Cause 14 Panel Footbag Hackysack is a great all around hackysack! It is great for beginners but also has the stallability and control which makes it great for doing tricks! If your looking for a good beginner/intermediate hackysack for doing tricks I would highly rec amend this one. It has about a 40% fill ratio and is filled with a sand metal mixture which is a good combination for someone that is just getting into footbaging. This hackysack would also be great for circle kicking with friends!
