Used for overwork rotator cuff tendinitis of 2 months duration. I'm a retired California Registered Physical Therapist and found the usual application of cold and heat provided only temporary relief. This brace is built to gently compress the humeral head into its anatomical glenoid( cup), thus reducing active movements of the shoulder which irritate and continue to inflame the shoulder rotator cuff musculature. It is light weight, easily applied and can be used very effectively for short periods of time daily. Painful shoulder symptoms and normal function were achieved in less than one full week with close attention to correct placement over the deltoid muscle.

Overall the product works great. It held them ice pack in place perfectly. Just found out it wasn't my shoulder it was actually I needed this in my neck.

Overall, the brace was easy to wear and would feel fine for the first couple of hours, but eventually the material and abrasion led to irritation. Particularly around the armpit and side chest, my skin would flare up and be rough. The velcro itself will often scratch this area. It's not particularly sturdy in the sense that your shoulder is held in place, but that's because it offers flexible movement. I wore this with rotator cuff issues and was able to exercise with reduced pain, but the aftermath of my skin felt awful, so it's a trade-off.

Worked the very same day. I work from home and on computer for hours. Recently strained my shoulder and was unable to lift my arm above my shoulder. This product kept my shoulder stationary while on computer but still comfortable and mobile. By lunch time I was able to lift my arm above my shoulder without the sharp pain. This product worked for me. Can’t beat the price either.

Brace works well! I have bursitis in both shoulders, so I bought two. I have used the braces for sleeping and during the day. The braces give great support and are easy to put on by myself. There is even a holding place for a small ice pack! It is reversible and well made.

Very uncomfortable trying to used for a week but i can't wearing any more

It works well yet gives you mobility. I got injured with pickleball and I'm still able to play. Keeps everything in place. It's not a miracle product,but it has helped me through the season. DO wear it with a sleeved shirt. You might need someone to help you adjust for the first use, but you can adjust it and take off or our in by yourself. No odor from material. I air dry it after working out. I do recommend this product!
