great resource for larger LLCs
Was not helpful for me and my single person LLC.

No multi-member LLC information
The book is informative and does have some useful information. However, it does not have very much useful information on partnership LLCs or multi-member LLCs and did not come with a sample partnership or multi-member operating agreement. Not a great buy for me personally.

Excellent Resource
As has been my experience with all publications by NOLO, this is a great asset and provides valuable information and direction. I would recommend this publication to anyone interested in establishing a Limited Liability Company.

Lots of information...lots of state statues that need to be reviewed...and the book covers them.

Very good book. Very straight forward and easy to understand and comes with every template you could possibly need to run and document your LLC.
