Only Fence, No Rails. Fits 3" rails. Drop in replacement for Biesemeyer on a Delta table saw
This item is just the fence, rails are not included. Neither picture supplied by the seller is correct. The first picture doesn't show the horizontal part that slides along the rails. The second picture shows the T fence, but you don't get the table saw, rails, etc (obviously). This fence fits on 3" rails.I have a Delta table saw with a BIESEMEYER fence from about 20 years ago. This dropped right onto the biesemeyer rails. The measuring tape was off by about 3/16, but that was within the adjustment range of this fence. So this was a drop in replacement for the biesemeyer.Only 4 stars because the seller provides such poor information. The fence itself is great.

white fence creates shadow line
The white material reflects light that somehow always results in a shadow line where the wood meets the fence. I've added tons of overhead shop strip lighting, and still, there is always a shadow. Never have confidence that my material is tight against the fence.I used my first Powermatic cabinet saw 50 years ago, and I have thousands of hours on table saws. I do not like this fence. After all these years, you'd think there could be some advancement of the technology. A fine calibrated adjustment would be nice. and a taller fence. And one that slides toward the front of the table like Europeans use.
