The good news is you can remove just the laser and ...
Nothing wrong with it. It's just, regret the Laser, too scary .... Kids have to be very careful to turn off. Worry will zap someone in eye. It is listed as a powerful laser. We took laser OFF! The good news is you can remove just the laser and keep the flashlight!!!! So.... Didn't send back. The quality was there, no problem there.

Not The Worst You Could Get
I got this for my Stinger P9T Airsoft Pistol Kit and it's alright, laser is incredibly sensitive to tune. Taking the wrench it comes with out of the socket can easily undo minutes of work. I would probably go batty if I had to align this at further than 20 feet distance. I used a CenterPoint Laser Boresighter to focus the laser but I still had to tweak it. I had to unscrew the entire assembly to push the laser and flashlight forward in order to make it fit on the rail. If you take the red filter off the flashlight, the cap didn't appear to come with a cover by itself so it looks really dumb. Flashlight takes a size battery I wouldn't ever have on hand so when that dies the flashlight will probably come off. After you finally get it attached it'll be as simple as flicking it on and off. Didn't try installing the grip triggers, but they do activate in multiple points so you could easily attach these on or near the grip so you can adjust your grip to trigger them.

Built a gun to shoot rats and used this
I needed a gun site that I could use in low-light situations; I mounted this on a bb/pellet gun and use it to shoot rats in our dairy barn. The flashlight and laser both come with pressure switches and you orient the laser dot to the approximate area where you're aiming, light comes on, adjust laser dot, fire, light off. killed 17 rats in two hours; on the barn rafters, under pallets, just all over.Had to buy a 3/8" mountain rail to weaver picatinny (see my other reviews) but no problem at all mounting.

Good light for the price
Really like this light. Mounted it on my AR15 and its workin good. Docked one star because the light isn't very bright, I bought another cheaper light that has twice the illumination this one has. But it's still good enough for my purposes.

223 so don't waste your money if that is what you were planning ...
Mounted this on a cheap 22 tactical rifle and for the money it performed well. The laser adjustment is a little too touchy and there is no way this thing would hold up to the recoil of a .223 so don't waste your money if that is what you were planning on using it for

Well made
the side by side design makes for some compromise with accuracy, however, I have a tactical scope for that. I got this to use in conjunction with my scope and it's great. Solid construction, bright flashlight and clams tight.

Not bad for the price
Not bad for the price, and it's 3 in one! Has red laser, flash light and can connect to a free hanging rail. I like it
