I received ONE package when I ordered two, and this is really ridiculous, being that other reviewers said the same thing but I thought,maybe this problem is fixed and they'll send me two packages as stated.........But I don't like this beverage anyway...Smells like figs, tastes nothing like coffee, and it's rather watery and bland. Basically this essence of fig juice.Weeks after purchasing this product, after I complained about only receiving one package, the company sent me two boxes so I hadquite a collection of these tea bags. Oh and amazon credited me for the order so I wound up way ahead...SO Thought I'd give it another try.....given my biggest complaint was really that the flavor was very weak and I wondered what would happen if I used two bags instead of one. Well, the flavor was quite a bit richer. It still tastes like figs and nothing like coffee whatsoever, however once I wrapped my head round this being a fig beverage and not expecting anything more than a fig beverage I started to like it a bit better. I just upped my review from one star to three. For the benefits of getting nutrients from black mission figs, I'm starting to drink one cup of this "tea" (not coffee) every afternoon with a snack. Now that I'm getting used to this beverage ritual, I might have to place another order. LOL I'm wondering if thecompany realizes these tea bags should be double in size. I use a fairly large mug of water...and one bag gave me a very veryweak cup of tea. I would have named this product TEAFIG...Not Coffig...

Like a delicious smooth cup of amazing high end coffee from a restaurant! The kind you are HOPING for! I swear I was skeptical, but wanted to try, since I truly get upset stomach from the acid in coffee, an also don't like 'fake' coffee taste. This is AMAZING! It is so rich, so beautifully colored, it is so smooth... and delicious... and it really REALLY is like a very nice cup of coffee.... better than some of those...'famous' brands! I recommend this for those that do care about a coffee alternative, don't enjoy being caffiened out... and those that want to enjoy a lovely smooth coffee taste and still benefit from NO acid and from the other benefits that this coffig offers. Crazy delicious. I am a believer.

I’ll give it three stars because it tastes more like a tea than a coffee but it is a nice tasting non bitter warm drink. Good flavor.Also makes a nice dark brew. See picture. I took off stars because I only got one of the two boxes I ordered and this seems to be a common occurrence.Updated from three to five stars because the company contacted me after seeing I had a problem and sent me two boxes and made it right. Their customer service is outstanding.

I ordered the teabags, and quite enjoy this drink. I have other coffee alternative drinks that I enjoy, so this isn't my hands down single favorite. But it has a delicate and slightly fruity aroma and rich, dark coffee color. I like simmering it in a pot for the richest flavor. There is that slight tangy or acidic flavor since it is from figs. My husband didn't love it, and prefers Barlee. However, I enjoy it and have brought some tea bags to our acupuncture clinic where we have an electric hot water heater. If I am craving something like a coffee flavor, I really enjoy Coffig instead. I do love coffee, and liked dark roast, black. I'm very sensitive these days, so I enjoy having these alternatives instead. When I need a little caffeine, I typically drink roasted green tea instead.

Honestly I LOATHE strings and tags and individual wrappers on tea bags. In this case I can make an exception. I like to mix Coffig with chicory in my daily not-coffee brew. Unfortunately the bulk pack is very susceptible to local heat and humidity. A couple of these in the pot eliminates that problem. Just be careful when tearing open the envelope that you don't also rip the teabag.

I only received one of the two boxes. Too expensive not to get the complete order.Update: 09/14/17I contacted the company after only receiving one box of Coffig instead of two. They emailed me back in a timely manner and shipped me TWO boxes of Coffig coffee!! I couldn't be happier and I really like the coffee!I drink mine with coconut cream/dates coffee creamer. So good!Thank you Coffig for stepping up! Great customer service!!

I gave up coffee on my AIP diet and I have been drinking this ever since. I put a little Arroy D coconut cream in it hot and love it. I tried a cup of coffee last week and I felt terrible. I prefer my Coffig and recommend it to everyone. Delish!

This has nice body and color about like a cup of coffee. If you like a weaker brewed coffee, the taste is surprisingly similar. It is not at all resembling a Starbucks however, as expected.The ease of use is fantastic with the tea-bag like dip.
