My 8 year old son wanted this for his birthday. He had never done skateboards, so i was skeptical of an electric skateboard, but picked it up quickly. Very fun! He has really enjoyed it.

My 10 year old son received this for Christmas. He LOVES it! It doesn’t go too fast so it’s not dangerous to him but goes fast enough to have fun on. He just pushes off, the skateboard beeps and lights up and the motor kicks on and keeps him gliding all the way down the block. He has played on it for days and still hasn’t needed to charge. Lasts a long time! Overall great purchase!

So I had the board for a while before I sent it back.there was nothing wrong with I would say if u have little like maybe 10 year old or younger this be a board for them to just ride on to practice it’s easy to kick off and cruise with on a smooth road or sidewalks so I feel like it be better for them if your older like me 19 or older I would get a more expensive board like I did the 9.3 wasn’t doing it for so I got a 25 mph board but the lights were cool the push to go was great no problems with it at all I just think if your younger for a starting board for to get balance and control and that this is a board for u really

So far not so good. These worked great on Christmas Day and the day after then stopped working. My kids could not keep the boards moving forward. We sent the boards in for repair but Swagtron found nothing wrong.When the boards came back, my kids could not even get across a two car driveway without it stopping g even though they were fully charged.Another call to customer service and received some riding tips. We will see how that goes.Kids would love for them to work but are done messing with them. If we can’t get them to work, the boards will be returned for refunds.UPDATE - We gave up trying to get these to work and have been trying to return these skateboards for refunds. I am very disappointed with the company’s failure to respond to my requests.

This product is amazing for teens like me who love getting to feel the breeze and not have to work for it! The skateboard is soooo smooth and I love it! Swagtron 100% earned its name its durable and light which in my words makes it swaggy

Bought for a teen as his first electric board and it was great choice. Deck is a little short for teen feet but overall the ride was great and wasn’t too over powered like some for a beginner. Kick assist definite plus vs hand held. Can’t get the teen out of the house enough but he road a few miles the last few days so he is enjoying it. Main issue is durability. The rear deck is already cracking along the LED light so will try the warranty tomorrow but again, as long as that works out for the price it’s been a good starter board.

My 6 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this thing! She’s a daredevil, and had it flying down the sidewalks! She figured out that if she just slightly lifted her back foot a few times, she didn’t even have to push it to start. Absolutely a when! She always struggled with pushing a regular skateboard, because she is so small. Now she rides with us, and has to wait for us to catch up.

The smart breaks sound like a good idea at first but sadly not. If you are carrying anything, have a backpack on, turn sharply at all or lean left or right too much, the smart breaks detect the weight change and think you disembarked and poooooof! Off you go! They break hard and throw you forward off the board....not very practical. It was a neat idea though and technically did exactly as advertised so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1...
