My husband really likes it a lot. I gave it to him as an early Christmas present because the one we had(Dell) would not work and we could not get it fixed, disappoint with that because we paid a lot more for that one. The new tablets works great, easy to use and it is great value for the money. We so would tell others to buy this product, well worth it. Nice large screen as well. Thanks again!!

Thought the reviews on this thing were fake but actually they are 5 stars for a reason. The tablet is nice (got the tablet for a family member) and has a good design, long battery even after long usage. The storage was around 12 gb (System takes up a few) so it was nice, has two micro SD card slots so that's more than you'll ever need. Overall it's a good one and worth the money 5/5 stars for me.

I purchased this product for my daughter to do her online classes but the picture quality inside the house is so poor that the person talking can not be seen. The only upside is the sound is great. I am highly disappointed in this product that I can not use it for the purpose it's purchased for. The video quality is also poor. The battery life only lasts for 3 hours. I was really excited but now I am disappointed, wish I could get my money back or a better product. I hope this helps and also the company sees this and reply in good favor also revamp their product and make it better.Update:The product started to malfunction contact the company they told me to return it. I went too and but would have had to pay over $300 because I was not in the US, and Amazon would not give me a refund even though the borders are closed due to Covid 19 so I lost $89. This product has no accessories in case of any damage to the screen or otherwise, my friend bought one the screen shattered and he was looking on Amazon to get one but there are none he even tried google but found nothing. So purchase at your own risk.

It’s working pretty well so far. Love how big the screen is but videos kind of lag/ skip if I’m not using my WiFi at home ( like at work videos / internet take a while to load) only charges with the block and charger it comes with which kind of sucks because the cord is very short and camera is honestly trash but I don’t need the camera anyway but other than that i love it. Very easy to set up and sound quality is really nice

I have very poor eyesight. The first issue I encountered was I was unable to read the little instruction manual. The manual itself was small and the print was tiny. I tried to find an online manual that I could enlarge the print to be able to read it but I was unable to find a link to the manual for this particular item. 😡 There are no instructions for how to set the clock. I’m not travelling anywhere but my tablet thinks I am. It has a home clock that doesn’t show on the home screen and a clock that does show on the screen that’s 7 hours ahead of the time where I live and no instructions as to how to turn that feature off and only show the current GMT time zone I live in.😡 The sounds for movies/shows is very tinny. For typing email or anything for that matter I have to go to settings EVERY TIME to turn the sound off. It doesn’t retain the information. I don’t care for the tap, tap, tapping of the keys so I end up just having to mute the tablet but then I don’t hear notifications 😠 I’m frustrated but I will get used to it and then I will be less frustrated. I hope 🤞. Good things about it. The screen is a nice size. The pictures are clear. It's fairly cheap. It’s good for reading/sending email, playing games, texting, looking things up online. If I had serious work to do I would use one of my better machines.

I just received my tablet yesterday morning and the minute I turned it on I loved it! The size, how sharp my shows, movies, and videos are, how easy it is to use and set up, and how beautiful it looks and sounds. I easily set up all the apps I use and love with no stress at all. And the battery life is great. I'm finally charging it this morning after binge watching YOU on Netflix and Marvel movies on my Disney+ app. Thank you so much!! My money was WELL WORTH IT!

The start up was a bit difficult because it ran a diagnostic from the beginning. However. Once that was done and I turned if off and on, it worked perfectly. This is really a great tablet for video calling and has a great screen that allows my husband who is partially blind to use it without difficulty.

I really like this product! It is very light to carry on the go! The camera is super clear when taking pictures. It has a good amount of storage. Even comes with bluetooth and GPS! I am very satisfied! And greatly recommended! It also is a very good price for the quality of this product.
