Excellent Tums replacement
Fantastic alternative to Tums (and other antacids with harmful food dyes). Taste fine. Work great. Highly recommend.

Great alternative to tablets with additives
I used to use Tums for a long time, until I actually read the ingredients in them! That's when I went looking for a healthier alternative and found these tablets. They work just as well since they have the same amount of Calcium in them. The big benefit is that these don't have artificial sweeteners or artificial colors in them.

Effective Antacids
We love these! The flavor isn't bad, and they do a great job for someone with heartburn. My husband uses antacids regularly, and these seem to be more effective than Tums or any generic brand. The size of the bottle is perfect, albeit a very loud bottle when being poured, and we are satisfied with the price. Love that they are cleaner, feel better about regular use.

Effective, Clean, and Safe Antacid
I’ve been using Genexa Antacid and really like it. The product works well, relieving heartburn quickly, and the flavor of the tablets is surprisingly pleasant. What I appreciate most is that it’s free of aluminum, dyes, and unnecessary inert ingredients often found in other over-the-counter options. It’s great to have an effective solution that’s also cleaner and better for health.

Great product without the unnecessary junk
Genexa is a great brand as the ingredients the company uses on all their products aren't filled with the unnecessary junk and they work so much better too. My hubby has tummy issues so I always keep these on hand. They also cost less than the big competitors. The picky kids like the taste as well.

Goodbye heartburn!
Not the best flavor but loved knowing the ingredients were better than Tums. I had horrible heartburn during my third trimester and these worked well so I could get some sleep at night.
