Love this product! Great salt substitute

This is my favorite low sodium spice. The mix of flavors is great on chicken, beef, salads,cottage cheese, almost anything, and my favorite... popcorn! Nothing in there that I try to avoid, not too spicy or salty tasting and a great mix of flavors to put on almost anything.

Been enjoying dis product for around 40 (?) years. I have high BP ....so Salt is minimal for me. Dis has been a pleasant replasement.

I have been using this seasoning since I was a small child but the recipe has improved over the years. This is my go to seasoning for any kind of Mac & Cheese especially the quick box brands. I put it on my baked chicken breasts and bagels with avocado and tomato. And when the stores are out of garden or onion cream cheese this is the perfect thing to spice up regular cream cream cheese… with or without the avocado and tomato! Try it! Your kids will love it too!

My mom sang the praises of Vegit to me fifty years ago, and I'm carrying on her tradition. I recall her having it by her hospital bedside to add flavor to her hospital food. Her doctor came in, saw the bottle, assumed it had salt and told her to stop using it. She handed him the bottle to read the ingredients, and he said it's just fine to use. I especially like it when roasting chicken and making stuffed peppers.

Very pleased with this product. It tastes just like a chef's Italian seasoning and is not overly salty so I think you will find many uses for it. Does not have that mushroom powder taste their original seasoning has.

Ready for a recipe? Take a pre-made pizza dough (available at any grocery store for under $3) and add mozzarella. Now add sesame seeds (I prefer the organic, whole seed, sometimes called "black" because of the fiber and nutrients). You can put a drizzle of olive oil over the top if you like--but not necessary. Now heat oven to 450' and place pizza on a baking pan for about 7 minutes or until golden brown/cheese is slightly browned. Sprinkle with Vegit and enjoy what I call "seed pizza" !

Very tasty. I use it on veg and meat. Not too strong. Just right.

Wow!! While this is my mistake for not paying closer attention, I just paid $26.00 for ONE bottle of spice!! 2 other sellers are selling the same item in 6 packs for similar pricing. While I love Vegit, I feel completely ripped off in this instance. That being said I suppose I received exactly what I ordered, in a timely fashion. But, grossly over priced.
