I actually reconsidered giving it to a 3 year old because it has such a nice sound and is so well constructed
I bought this Ukulele for my 3 year old niece so that we could play duets. I own a concert series Ukulele that was 4 times the price...and although mine is nicer...this little discount soprano Uke took me completely by surprise! I actually reconsidered giving it to a 3 year old because it has such a nice sound and is so well constructed. The Aquila strings were the selling point for me. None of the other Ukes in this price range have them (that I could find anyway). At first, the strings fell out of tune quickly, but after 5-6 tuning turns, they are holding well. I definitely recommend this Ukulele for beginners.

Highly recommended
I absolutely love this ukulele. I am a total beginner so it's perfect for me. While there are much higher quality ukes out there (at a much higher price) this is NOT a toy quality. It's got a great sound. The strings on it are a decent quality. I don't love the tote bag that it came with but I guess for this price range you can't expect much more. If you are looking to start playing ukulele I would highly recommend starting with this instrument. Oh...and the color is awesome!

It's worth it!!!!
Awesome ukulele!!! Keep in mind that all ukuleles take a while to stay in tune at first, but I've had mine for a month and it stays in tune for the longest time!! It's great to start out with, but I'll still be using this a year from now for sure even if I get another one!! Definitely worth it!!

Great for beginners
Great for beginners. awesome for its price. It does come out of tune fairly easy, but that is good practice for tuning. I Recommend it if you just want to try out a ukulele before getting a nice one.

beautiful uke
I am so pleased with this ukulele. The color is as expected. The finish is smooth. It has a lovely sound. I found it easy to tune and play.The case is light, but appropriate for the instrument.

My son in law talked me into buying this brand for my granddaughter and I spent more doing so. However, by his own admittance it sounds worse than the cheaper one of my other granddaughter .

Good quality ukulele!
Great little starter ukulele! After getting it tuned correctly works like a charm! Verry happy with it and love the color.

tuning
I got mine on a very warm day and it was out of tune but if you live in a warm place, you're gonna have to know how to tune an instrument.
