Can batch cook and also sauce will freeze if any left over very pleased very tasty

Ok but nothing to write home about
I personally didn't like the flavour. It tasted odd to me. Once opened it also didn't last very long in the fridge. I guess this is good for big households or kitchens. I recommend adding other ingredients to add extra flavour. I'm unsure what that could be. It must be hard selling this in bulk and getting the flavours right.

Good value
Had high hopes for this sauce, we love katsu curry but struggle to make it myself. This sauce is not bad, but unfortunately still nothing on the ones I’ve had in restaurants. Very good value for the size and price.

Definitely worth buying and it can be frozen in portions so you don't waste it.

Expires in 2 weeks when you purchase an item you expect a better self life

Love this sauce
I love this stuff but nowhere sells this. I open it and split it into Chinese takeaway tubs and freeze. So it does about 4-5 meals for a family if 4.

Just a normal curry sauce
Tasted like a normal curry sauce, Nothing like the katsu curry’s i have had over the years.Not a terrible sauce, but nothing like a katsu sauce.

Flavour is All.
When it comes to sauces, the flavour and texture is so important. Now texture wise this sauce was ok, a little thick but not unpleasant...What I was disappointed with was the taste. Katsu curry is supposed to be rich and aromatic, this curry had an acidic aftertaste that was off putting.
