It wasn't for me for my friend she's 89 and she loves it

no fault of the seller but its not as straight forward to use for an elderly 83year old as it would seem, so stuffed in a drawer now not being used

It would help if there were more accurate instructions with it

One-way transmission
Bought this for my husband (83). When he rings my mobilefrom it, he can hear me, but I can't hear him. Not very helpful if he needs my help while I am elsewhere. Nothing in the booklet covers thisproblem, and nowhere doesit explain how to use the bottom line of keys (* # etc.) NOT impressed.
