Great product
I would like to say that these work great. Yes, they are a little hard to install, but once they are on, they're there for good. I used the tool that they supplied and don't know if I could have installed them without the tool. I did leave the wheel on the bandsaw as it was too difficult to get the wheel off. I boiled water and put them in to soak for a few minutes, then stretched them by wrapping them around my vice which is mounted on my workbench. After pulling really hard, it seemed to stretch them somewhat. Then I put it on the wheel, held one side and worked the tool around like putting a car tire on a wheel. The first one took about 5 minutes as the tire kept slipping, but I stayed with it. The second one only took about 3 minutes to install. Patience is the key. Very satisfied with them so far. My bandsaw is an old Craftsman that belonged to my Dad. I think it dates to about 1950 or so. Don't think the tires had ever been replaced and hopefully I never will need to do it again.

good material a bit too pricey...
The bands can be placed by hand but it comes with a tool to install. The edges need to be pressed using the tool or screwdriver round shaft. no need to boil like others do. it fit my Ryobi 9 inch well. As I mentioned no need to remove the wheels to install. I grabs pretty well the blade and all works well so far. no instructions with it so watch videos of how to install somewhere else...

Nice tires
Fit my Jet 14" bandsaw perfectly. It had the original, rubber tires on it, and they were completely warn out. I can't speak on longevity, but they are a big improvement from what was there. I'm not gonna say it was easy to replace, especially since I've never done it before. I went ahead and got my degree from YouTube university and decided to give it a go. A lot of people said to soak in hot water to make it easier. I chose against it because it should be tight and I didn't want to hurt the integrity of the tires. Don't know if it would or not, but I didn't want to take chances. It takes a few clamps, the tool it comes with, and I used a large screwdriver for added leverage. It was a bit of a challenge, but not that bad. The first one took about ten minutes, but by the second one I had the hang of it, and it only took a few minutes.

Nice tires - B**** to install.
The belts are really nice quality and seem to work well. They fit good on my vintage craftsman bandsaw. They are really hard to install and they don't stretch as easily as rubber ones do. I even soaked them in hot water to soften them up. what I found helps is to use Gorilla tape every 3 inches to act as extra hands and hold the tire on the wheel as you work it around. Once I started doing it that way it went a lot easier.

Quality and price
Last band saw tires I had were the orange urethane. Dried out and broke in about 18 months. Hope these blue urethane tries last longer.

QUIET! Easy to install.
Like most urethane tires, these needed a nice warm bath to be able to install them. Boiled some water, covered the pot and took it to my shop, and dropped the tires in. Installed the first one 30 seconds later, the second tire went on 40 seconds after the first. After a bit of scooching the tires to make sure they were centered I let everything cool for a few minutes before installing a blade, setting the track and guides.I found my blade to be tracking smoothly, quietly, and best of all straight. I can't authoritatively speak to longevity yet, but I have found that, generally, urethane tires far outlast other materials.Good stuff so far though.

Extremely Good!!!
Replaced my old brittle ones on an antique Atlas Band saw and these worked perfect! Nice and tight band fit into groves great. Stretching them on was no problem with the little tire iron they sent, but you actually need a second, so I used a large flat screw driveralso. No slipping and balanced....Make sure to clean the track very good after removing the old. I used a 3/4 wood chisel and was able to get all that old hardened rubber off, then a little Emory paper to smooth.

Width not as advertised
These are marked 3/4" width, however they are actually 1" width. Trimming these is a nighmare, since the material is pretty hard, made installation difficult. I trimmed best I could but would have been a breeze if these were the correct width
