Jansport product was disappointing
Lasted two weeks into school year! Zipper jammed over and over again! Could not repair! Already had to buy a second backpack!! Return expired because I tried to be prepared early for school year .

Very nice (unique) solid backpack.
15 year old boy really likes. Unique. Good quality. No problems whatsoever after 4 months of daily use.
