I am so glad I bought this phone. It's honestly everything I was hoping I would get. The phone looks honestly brand new. Plastic on both the front and back of the phone. It was shipped FAST. Took 2 days to come in when I picked regular speed. The is indeed unlocked. I was able to activate it with metro pcs. I am so grateful and glad I found this. I am the type of person that will use something until it no longer works or is missing a modern feature that I have decided I need. My other half has been using my older iPhone 4 successfully up until this past Sunday April 17th, 2016, when it finally began having issues where the home button would not respond and it would not recognize the charger and therefore would not charge.As a replacement, I recently ordered the Factory refurbished iPhone 5c 16Gb, in Blue, through Amazon, supplied by “Deal Fisher”. I paid a scant $179 for this phone and it arrived promptly with free 2-day shipping. It arrived in generic packaging, without any printed documentation, but did include a charger and cable. Ear buds were not included.I have to say that I am beyond impressed. This phone looks brand new; I can hardly find one scratch or scuff on any surface. I would not be able to tell this was not a brand new phone. The phone performs exactly as expected, without any problems or concerns. (I won’t attempt to review an actual iPhone 5c here… that is outside of scope). I would highly recommend this option to anyone, and can enthusiastically endorse Amazon’s statement of “Certified Refurbished”.

I loved my iPhone, but the battery life was nuts. two hours and it was dead. Isent it in to apple to have the battery replaced and was shortly contacted and told that the phone had been tampered with in a unauthorized manner and they would have to charge me and extra $265.99 to fix plus the $79.00 for battery replacement. True I didn't pay a lot for the phone but it should worked more then 4 months. so if you want to keep the phone for more then that be carefull with what you get.

I bought this refurbished product one year ago. Recently, cell phone failed and I carried to the Apple Authorized Service Center (fail: superheated screen, touch doesn't work). Technical report concluds that the product was intervened with non original spare parts and missing internal parts.What happened to the quality control of your sellers? It's Certified Refurbished Seller!I demand compensation!

I was a little nervous at first about buying the iPhone from Amazon, but this has exceeded my expectations. The phone came in a plain box, but it looks and functions like it's brand-new. The battery life is great and there's wasn't a single scratch on it. We were able to activate it in minutes with our cell provider, which is net ten.

I decided to take a chance buying another i phone from a seller on amazon... because I had had a previously bad experience where I got a faulty used iPhone ... however, I'm pleased to say I am glad I took the chance with this seller! The phone was Brand new and works perfectly. It was shipped super fast and reached in mint condition. I've had the phone now for 8 months and its still working perfectly well, with not one hitch or problem. I'm pleased as punch and I'm loving my phone.

Phone seems fine. Bought for initial use in Europe, will eventually put a U.S. Sim card in it. Appears to be functional, will not know until it is actually used. Multiple request for feed back from seller are a bit much. I leave feedback when I have something to say.

My son was happy to get a replacement for the iPhone 5c he had broken. The only issue is that you can't hear phone calls unless it on speaker or if he is wearing his earbuds.The company offered to fix the problem since it was certified refurbished; however, my son didn't want to go without his phone for a couple weeks. He usually used the speaker on his previous phone anyway! I very much appreciated the company's offer to fix the phone free of charge, and would by from them again.
