I ordered this gown for a formal New Year's party. It was perfect! It fit true to size and did not require a special bra. It appeared to be slimming as it fit perfectly. I received so many compliments. It lost a few sequins, but it's not noticeable on the gown. I wore a 1" heel which combined with my 5'8" height did not require any hemming or alterations of the dress. It has a cute train style as the back is a bit longer than the front. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I wore this to a formal event and had lots of compliments on the dress. It was not a style I would have worn before, but it suited what I needed it for. I am 5’7” and in heels the dress was a little long, but otherwise fit very well. I was comfortable and felt very lovely all night long.Update: I wore the dress again this year. Since I lost a little weight, the dress was a little big on me. But looked as lovely as it did last year!

I loved the look of this dress but I'm 5'4 and it was just too long. I needed it to be a little more forgiving of my curves and had to send it back. :( I loved the color. It's a great look for a formal wedding if you can find the right fit.

Bought this for an event where I wanted to look fancy but not over the top. It was lovely. I am athletic build and it looked beautiful with a comfortable fit.

First off I'd like to say that this dress is beautiful, meets all expectations with quality and color. However, the size chart had me in a size 8 but due to other reviews saying they had to size down, I ordered a size 6. Once trying on the size 6 dress it became apparent that I needed a size 4. The waist part was baggy and the sleeves were some what slipping off. When I went back on amazon to exchange the dress for a different size, the dress had been marked up by $100 more than what I bought it for ONE day prior and I could not exchange the dress without paying the new price. There is no one to contact about this and that's some crappy customer service. So now I have a dress that doesn't fit correct and ill have to pay more money to get it altered. Amazon ripped me off.

This was taken well after my daughter’s wedding but you can see the dress fit me well. I received a ton of complements!

This dress is BEAUTIFUL. Even more lovely in real life!However: I am normally a size four, and the size two of this dress is a bit too big so I will need to get it tailored.
