AO Smith Green Water Gyser SGS-006 Storage 6 litre reviews after 4 months usage. Heats water quickly and keeps water hot for a long time. Happy with the product and Amazon delivery. Installation was completed the next day. Installation service was also good. However, the heater did not come with water inlet and outlet pipes. Inlet and outlet pipes should have been provided. It's working fine and quick but just that it makes too much sound when we on it. Apart from that rest all are good!

Heatingvery fast . Took 30 minutes on the first day for maximum heating. Daily it takes only 20 minutes.Super silent Premium quality.

Product is very good, quickly heat the water but service was unfortunately veru late.

We ordered an Ao Smith Water heater from Amazon (attached is our purchase invoice). Firstly it took so many days for your respective representative company to come and instal our water heater ( i must say it was a very tedious process and the representative that came told me oh the company had changed and gone to another company and now is back to us so we came) Anyways it got installed after running back to them and getting appointment. The heater element worked precisely for three days and it stopped heating the water. then we complained again and again. It was such a tedious task again for a person to come and check the problem. Finally the agent came and he told me that he would come next morning with a replacement part which he had sent the picture of to his team to replace. Then he comes after 5 days with the new element. ( our lament was 3000 w and they had sent a replacement part of 2000 w ) . we refused to accept the part as we have paid for the right equipment so we definitely require the right part to be installed and given to us as we have paid. so he said okay have given the request to the company and it should come and ill come and install it. Now has been 2 weeks and i called your representative yesterday to check and he says sir we cannot guarantee when the part will come. We are not sure when the company will give the part. So we came to the agreement that pls install 2000 w as so when the 3000 w will come one can replace it. Today as per our dicussion the team has notified me that if we install the 2000 w then we will not change it till it gets spoilt. I wonder what kind of service is this and its needs to be looked into. As I have been told, this is a new model and our company does not have many of them. Then I questioned why your company is selling a product which they are not capable of servicing. So basically I want to complain and will take this further if my part or water heater is not changed and repaired in the next 48 hours. This has been an appealing experience with your company who has zero customer service and does not have parts of equipment and is fooling customers by selling products which are not available for service. i expect you to take strict actions again this and update me with the solution on urgent basis or if there is no solution then we must take it further to public forums as we have been very unsatisfied and have not got hot water since month of april and have been heating water on our gas stoves. Hope Amazon can help us as we are loosing confidence in you of providing the right products on your platform

Good product. Working Good No support from Brand for Installation.

I have owned this disaster of a product for 1 year 2 months as of writing this review In this time period, it has been repaired 28 times. The element has been changed 7 times , the thermostat has been changed 4 times, the burnt out wiring has been changed 5 times. I am normally a cup half full person and never give products such negative reviews , but my patience has ended. My product is still in warranty and I an now planning to just throw it and get a different brand. The technician also without informing me randomly replaced the 3kw element with a 2kw element at one time when I was not supervising him. The service head for my region repeatedly rude on the phone despite my having been calm and having been the one facing all the inconvenience. Well that's my experience . As for the product it's a good looking show piece for the bathroom. Fools most people into believing they have the option to get hot or warm water in the press of a button. As for the 30 days of peak summer when it was giving hot watter I can not confirm if it was the geysers ability to heat water or the sun heating the water in the over head tank. The first few days when it did however work it was amazing. I was perpetually confused if the sounds are from diwali crackers outside or from my geyser. However when the geyser performed the miracle of working for 4 more hours significantly after diwali I knew that the sounds were from the geyser. My experience has been so bad that I am now officially married to the concept of staying away from AO smith products, for my next seven lives I will not purchase anything made by them. Some common questions you might have which I can answer... Q. Should you buy it ? A. No, unless you know, you are masochist and its your thing. Q. Does it heat water fast. A. YES, very fast but only on days it feels like it. Q. Is the after sales service good? A. I can best explain it like this, there is a better chance that fishes will fly out of my butt than there is of you being satisfied with their service . Q. What happenes when you call customer care. A. They give you the local service heads number and hang up on you. Q. What happenes when you call the local service head? A. He tells you he is very busy in an important meeting and hangs up on you. Then you call again the next day and turns out his meeting hasn't ended still. After a few days of his eternal meeting you realize he is more busy than the the leaders of our country also. Q. What happenes when you get tired off all this and write them an email. A. They ignore it and send you a form asking you to rate them on 1 to 10 and asking if you would recommend them to others . Q. Would I recommend this product ? A. Absolutely, if you have enmity with someone , this can be the most devastating weapon at your disposal. Considering the wiring has burnt down so frequently you never know what can happen . It's like gambling every time you switch it on. Will it work will it not work ? Will the wires catch fire ? Will they repair it ? No one knows It goes without saying I'm extremely tormented with my decision to buy this but all jokes aside I highly recommend staying clear of this. I normally do a lot of research before buying anything and I regret not going with the other brand on this occasion. Finally they replaced the product with a slightly inferior 2kw model. Their technicians while changing said that the company did cost cutting in this particular model and its is failing everywhere. The replaced 2kw model is working fine, does not have any of the million issues the 3kw model had. Just giving this update so customers can chose accordingly, would be wrong to just leave the incident without closure .
