A loose comfortable fit. It is good for protecting your head when standing under moderate voltage wires. But be aware of where you are. For example, supermarkets may have electric motors in some fruit and vegetable displays, the electromagnetic fields coming from below can get trapped inside the reflecting Rf cap and increase your EHS symptoms with each reflection! I like the styling it reminds me of Renaissance attire.

I tested this hat and it gives protection, probably 80% to 90% EMF signals. The hat design is the most confortable over beanie designs which I find are too tight. Size is perfect for adults, might be too big for children.

Yes this fabric Works to block alot of EMR freq,,s , just very big for a woman,s head, needs maybe some adjustment tabs ...overall i like it , thank you!!

Inside the hat, on the back side of it, there is a rubber band... it's not practical!... they should of made it adjustable, hat is huge!!! Slides of your head every 5 seconds!!! Not comfortable at all

I have and used a EMF Meter a Triple Axis Pro and the numbers were up! I should have known when this item did not say what was in the fabric to actually shield one from Low Frequency noise! Live and learn, I will known better next time I order a product that does not state the type of material that is used to shield! I have decided to purchase "Pure Cooper," at least I know that works!

Despite some of the other reviews, i do actually have somewhat of a big head and rounder face frame and this hat actually fits me in that relaxed fit way. i'd hate for it to be too tight. Love this and may buy another!

I was skeptical, but this actually does work. Bought as sleeping cap and I flip it around so that it covers my eyes (no need for a black out eye mask). I know that it blocks most of the EMF due to testing it with a meter - not sure if that is why we sleep more soundly wearing it, but as far as my husband and I are concerned it really does help us sleep. Although it is pricey, the cost of materials and then the hassle of sewing myself made the price more bearable.Highly recommended.

I did put my phone inside and it did cut the signal, this is most important for me, protecting my head.
