MTM Ultra Compact Arrow Case

I was rather pleasantly surprised at the quality of this rather inexpensive case. Made out of a heavier than expected plastic with a good sturdy hinge and clasp design. The foam inserts that hold the arrows are a little wimpy and could be made out of a better quality foam and the overall size of the box is a little tight for a full dozen heavy, large dia aluminum hunting arrows with 5" feathers, you have to rather careful arranging the feathers to avoid them rubbing against each other, but it fits my daughters target arrow quite easily. Overall an excellent value for the money and a great way to transport arrows and keep from getting them damaged.

Fits perfectly in the pocket of my cabelas soft bow case, holds a ton of arrows (easily takes 12, could probably fit even more if you don't care if the fetching touches), has room for arrows with tips on (maybe not some big broadheads) and accommodates my long carbon fiber arrows (I think they are 32's) with room to spare. Protects my expensive arrows and appears to have the quality to do it for many years to come. Only change I'd make is to have the foam inserts that hold the arrows positively lock into the case, if they were just a bit wider and matched the notches in the case better they would. I could always stick them in with adhesive and will probably do so eventually.

This case is probably the best dedicated case for keeping your arrows and fletchings safe. The case has nice latches and has real plastic hinges instead of thin creased plastic that will eventually break. Inside you will find two grey foam pieces with 4 slots cut out where the arrows are placed. The case is advertised as able to hold 12 arrows but I can safely hold about 24 arrows in these cases without damaging the fletchings. Many soft compound bow cases will have a pocket that fits this arrow case exactly which is another nice feature.The only things I don't like about this case is the foam inside isn't glued to the case which can make opening these things upside down ugly. Also the sticker that the case comes with does not come off easy at all like most MTM products. But if you want to get the sticker off lighter fluid and some scraping works.

While the manufacturer/description rightfully calls this a 12-arrow case, one can easily put 12-20 arrows in here without issue, depending on your mix of fieldpoints and broadheads. I shoot Rage and NAP mechanical broadheads; I like a maximum of three arrows per slot with these. Field points are no problem with five per slot if you don't mind your arrow shafts touching, which I don't. The design of the foam dividers is simple but effective; they are not glued-in so you can move them around to suit your preference. But once the dividers are in place and you put arrows in, they are not going to move once the lid is closed. There are molded-in ribs inside the case to help you position the dividers evenly. The molding is good, the plastic is strong, and the latches are large and sturdy. I have no complaints with this case and I especially like the light weight and small size. I shoot a 29.5" AMO length arrow with a 31.5" draw length. I found the longer arrow cases just weren't necessary. This one is great and a great price. Very good product.

For my GOOD arrows, I have three of these boxes and they are very handy and protect the points as well as the fletching and keep the shafts straight, which is a concern with the cedar shafts more than the aluminum.HOWEVER, MEASURE your arrows before buying these. I have some cedar-shaft arrows with "vintage" broad-heads on them and they are about 3/8" too long for the box. NOT the fault of the box and I bought the boxes after the arrows were made, so I was not able to specify a different shaft length for field-points and broad-heads.

Perfectly fits my arrows with feathers. Just place them head to toe, and all fit without touching anything else. Couldn't be more compact, yet doesn't need to be any larger. Hinges and latches seem sturdy. Actually seems like perfected design and quality, something I can rarely say.

This case is OK, nothing spectacular about it, it holds 12 arrows well and fits in my bow case.It gets only 3 stars, because it arrived factory sealed missing both latches for the case. I considered returning it, but didn't want to deal with the hassle. It works ok in the pocket in my case, so I am not overly concerned about it. If I were using this separately, it definitely would be an issue and would be going back.Arrived quickly and was well packaged, as usual from Amazon

Die Box als solches ist von Größe und Verarbeitung ganz gut, von daher gibt es eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Allerdings sind im Schaumstoff der die Pfeile aufnimmt nur Schlitze, keine Löcher an den Stellen wo die Pfeile gehalten werden sollen. Von andern Pfeilhaltern (wie zum Beispiel in meinem Bogenkoffer) kenne ich das eben anders. Der Nachteil bei dieser Variante ohne Aussparung für den Pfeil ist das der unterste Pfeil den Schaustoff soweit auseinander biegt, dass der oberste Pfeil nur noch sehr leicht gehalten wird. Naja werde die Box zur Aufbewahrung von Pfeilen die ich nicht oft benötige weiter verwenden.

Made in the USA. Great product. Has movable foam to accommodate different sized arrows.Thanks to Franzooli for the tip to hot glue in the foam pieces into place.I had 16 arrows in the case with target points and nocks with no feathers harmed. (29" long arrows)And it is recyclable so when it reaches it end of life in many years from now it will not end up in a landfill.
