YES it is this"1 x Recharge Base" NOPE (did not come with a Charging base)"2 x Unique Brush Bars for different surfaces" NOPE came with zero brush bars"3 x detailed cleaning tools" NOPE came with zero detailed cleaning tools1 x Vacuum Filter (idk maybe it has this)Voltage 14.4 volts NOPE it clearly says 12volts on the item that was sent to me...Basicly they didn't have the item I payed for and tried to fob me off with some other random Vacuum from the same maker..

I bought this as I have three cats, one a madly moulting black Persian, and pale carpets! The 'Which' review gave this as Best Buy as a second vac, and very good for pet hair. I love it, wish I'd bought one ages ago. It's easy to set up, lightweight, and does the job well. It cleans the whole of my 3 bedroom bungalow on one charge, and I will recommend it to an elderly friend who has lots of stairs. I haven't used the hand held lift off unit so much but it's done what I needed effectively, and it's a really useful addition. My plan was to use it daily and use my Sebo once a week for a thorough clean. The Sebo has barely been out of the cupboard since I bought this!The only criticism I have is that it comes with two cleaning 'feet', one for hard floors one for general cleaning, but it doesn't tell you which is which!I think you'd need a 'heavier duty' cleaner in addition to this if you have carpets but it might be enough for hard floors.In short, a great machine.

my quiet lightweight friend
Brilliant liberating domestic aid. It picks up the bits acceptably well and does the job quietly. I love the lightness of it and that I can dash upstairs with it without my back complaining.

So pleased with this researched loads before buying it. I have a dog who sheds white hair so have to do a quick Hoover nearly every day. Was considering. Dyson but they are so heavy expensive and loud. I charged this one for 12 hours then did the whole house with it, it fills up quickly but so easy to empty, there's nothing for hair to wrap itself around except the sides of the brushes but these come out easily and are easy to clean. It's also not so loud. The hand Hoover is great for the fireplace and the couch etc. had Vax before cable was annoying tubes kept blocking also had a hand held Vax which blocked up all the time. I also have the Bissell pet hair eraser for the car and sometimes I use it on the stairs too for a deeper Hoover. I have low pile carpets and lots of wooden floors and I use the multi brush all the time (that's the bigger brush one), haven't used the skinnier hard floor brush yet. It stands easily on the charger. Am totally thrilled I bought it!
