the bottle dosnt tell me how to take...meaning how long before test ..how long does it work ?

Follow the instructions on the bottle (product plus water)The first hour after you finish the bottle, your urine will be full of toxins (ie avoid urine tests in the first hour)Your urine will be clear of all toxins in the 2-3 hour window after drinking the product, this should be your target time frame for any urine tests. 2-1/2 hours after drinking the product is the most optimal time for any urine tests.This stuff has worked 3/3 times for me when using it as I had just described.
