I have been using this for 6 weeks now, twice a day for 2 minutes as instructed, and have worked up through the strength levels of bands as quickly as I could (I am 52). It is not a quick fix, and requires commitment but I definitely feel my lower face/jawline is less saggy and my face somehow looks better. I bought this after a very positive review in the daily telegraph and for women who cannot afford/don't want surgery etc on their face this is definitely worth a try. You need to change the bands weekly, and buy the size 3 bands which come separately so you can soon work up to the strongest level (2 x no 3). You don't waste the 2 and 1 bands as you can combine them for different strengths as explained in the leaflet. I will keep using this until I get old enough not to care, and am very impressed so far. It helps to set a 2 minute timer on your phone and then get on with something else whilst you do it.

I have found this to be quite a good item and do feel like it is tightening my jawline. It’s very quick to use, only 2 mins in the morning and 2 mins in the evening. It is more expensive on Amazon than the distributor, Rosemary Connellys website, but when I enquired I was told it was because of Amazon fees. The number 3 bands are not included and have to be bought separately. It’s an expensive item and should have had all the bands included, but on a whole I do like the gadget. Would recommend

Damn this is great, really really works!!!I’m a month in and have upgraded to the 16oz bands. Wow they are hard work but have seen the benefits already.Does leave a red mark either side of your mouth for a few weeks but soon goes and your mouth gets used to it.I love it!!

Great little gadget really works great results if used everyday can't live without it

Its too wide for my mouth and it hurts the corners of the mouth, It feels like its making my mouth area saggy cause its stretching my mouth so much

I had been using the device for a few weeks when I realized that some parts of my face started looking better (lifted cheeks, double chin reduced) but some parts might have gotten worse (my jowls are more accentuated, because the exerciser really stretches the skin in the corners of the mouth). Also, I've recently read that some muscles of the face are over-working, so they shouldn't be further developed (eg. chin muscles, jaw muscles) cause they end up sagging the skin. I'm not sure if I'll continue using it or not.

I am a fan of Carol Maggio’s facial exercises and now definitely in middle age I was interested to try this gadget as I have respect for Rosemary Conley’s advice. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked to decrease any double chin sagging over these two months. Normally I would persevere,but I recently noticed two new lines forming underneath my bottom lip towards the chin on either side. These are not the usual lines at the corners of the mouth. Out of all the lines I expected next, I didn’t expect these ones and I don’t see them in other people so I am wondering if they are a consequence of this device? This is not scientific but it is making me halt my practice.

Saw a difference after a week! Worked my way through the bands quite quickly.Easy to use and effective but you must be committed.
