I've owned a home cleaning company for 40 years and this is our go to toilet cleaner. I prefer not to use a product with bleach in it, due to safety concerns. If one were to drip this on a rug, clothing or carpeting it can be cleaned out but bleach, well it's bleach. This is a good product that does the job of cleaning the inside of the toilet. Cling won't clean hard water stains. It will clean mold and mildew but it could come back during the spring and summer months. It has a fairly thick consistency and it's easy to use. I would recommend this product!
