I used this for diy pegboard tool holders. They seem a little small at first and you want to pre-drill the holes first. I made a pliers, screwdrivers, and tape holder.

However, the item is too long for my needs....and I can't find a shorter one. I must have a shoulder hook with NO collar, so that the depth is variable. This one is too long.

I’d buy them again, great price for large amount.
They’re hooks. Did what I needed them to do. I had to drill a pilot hole first because the point isn’t very sharp and the threads didn’t cut very well, but no big deal. I had a couple of the that the thread part was just missing. Didn’t look broken, just defective.
