Great taste!
Excellent product! A lot of low-carb cocoa/drinking chocolate products have incredibly weak in flavor, it sweeten with sugar alcohols, which most often cause digestive issues... this drinking chocolate is the exception! The price is a little steep, but this is definitely the best I've tried, by far. I bought another package of this after tasting the first serving, because I don't want to run it of this.Fair warning, I'd recommend sticking to just one serving at a time. I got excited and had two servings back to back (hey, it's been years since I had good hot chocolate), and things ended up loosening up in my insides, almost like is taken a fiber supplement. A single serving has no effect other than great satisfaction!

You wouldn't know this is Keto-friendly!
This cocoa mix is amazing. It is so chocolatey, smooth and rich, you really feel as though you're having a decadent treat. You wouldn't know it wasn't regular gourmet cocoa. I blend it with half evaporated milk and half regular milk to make it extra creamy. Nice stuff!

Taste Like Milk Chocolate
I'm a big fan of strong dark chocolate. This mix has the taste of light milk chocolate, and it is not sweet enough for my taste. I thought it should taste as good as a dark chocolate bar. To satisfy my dark chocolate craving I had to add a bunch of dark chocolate powder and some green stevia leaf powder to sweeten it up. Sugar free is another important part. That is why I bought this mix because mixing dark chocolate powder and stevia leaf powder can get really messy in a hurry. With the additions I still use 2 or 3 very heaping teaspoonfuls in a large cup of hot water. It is a good product, but I probably won't buy it again because it won't satisfy my dark chocolate craving.

Tastes great
I love that it's got fiber too! I mix it with my coffee and creamer.

NOT Decadent!
Also, the Instructions are off base for a microwave of 1100 Watts (50-60 seconds is barely lukewarm). And, having mix with milk (added calories, (most likely) fat, carbs and some sugar), can be detrimental for some people. Finally, 2 leveled T, may, or may not be the best ratio. Now, as someone who always drinks Hot Chocolate (almost daily) during the Winter, and has tried many different brands (including Sugar Free), I feel I know what's good, and what's not. Obviously, anything sugar free, isn't likely to be anywhere near as good, as it's sugared cousins. So, I'm not comparing these.First, compared to the other "Sugar Free" Hot Cocoa mix that I bought on Amazon, this is better than that brand. But, when compared to one stores' SF Hot Chocolate, I had difficulty in choosing which one was better (yesterday, I had it with milk, with 2 leveled T).This AM, I was darn cold (2 cups of Hot Chocolate, a bowl of hot soup, and 2 cups of Hot Tea in 5 hours). So, I changed things up a bit:1. I used Water, instead of milk.Obviously, not as good, as with milk. But still, wasn't the worse tasting stuff. So, a good option for those who need less calories in their day2. I used 2 heaping T of mix (thinking of trying 3)3. I nuked it for 1:40 (100 seconds; btw, yesterday, I did heat up that first cup, for an additional 30 seconds). At least, there's very little added ingredients. And, 0 chemicals. So, from this perspective, it definitely is the best SF Chocolate hat I've tasted to date.

Tasty!
I like how it mixes into my coffee. It lets me have sort of a mocha like drink in the morning without spending a ton at coffee shops. I also love how it’s got a lower glycemic rating, which means I’m not sugaring up in the morning.

Stick with the less expensive brands
I was so excited to try this hot cocoa. Being a Type 1 everything effects my blood sugar. I’ve been drinking a couple of cheaper well known brands but wanted to explore more of the gourmet type! Well, it took from February 3 till February 14 to arrive. Still okay with that. It’s probably my fault for not reading the finer print, but this has to be mixed with milk, or almond milk or whatever your preference. I’m a turn my kettle on kind of girl or get steaming water from my Gaggia. The taste is bold but kind of powdery, chalky and not very sweet. So go with the cheaper brands, add your own dark chocolate sugar free syrup and save the calories from mixing with water. I do add a little half & half to my hot chocolate but I had no desire to try and make this work, adding more fat or calories. Sorry it was just a huge disappointment!

Delicious and filling
This chocolate drink is incredibly delicious, and VERY filling. If you have it for desert you will not want to eat anything else! I use a Magic Bullet blender to make mine, which makes the consistency perfect (I've read some other reviews indicating that it doesn't mix well, which is true if you don't use a blender).
