Replaced the original bumper and it was easy to accomplish. Everything lined up perfectly and it was done in less than an hour.

This is a real quality bumper. My husband backed into a tree about a month ago and this was the perfect fix. Came in a timely fashion. Look great. The cost is reasonable. Overall, very happy with this bumper.

I initially ordered the wrong bumper however the company was more than happy to exchange the bumpers and take care of most of the shipping costs. When the right bumper was delivered the fed ex driver dropped it out of box on to the cement. I refused delivery and explained what had happened, the company then sent out a new one and was here the next day. Easy to assemble and fits like a glove.

Great price compared to what the dealer wanted. I had issues with the installation. The two bolts behind the license plate did not line up with the nuts. After trying a couple of different things, I used a medium sized pointed pry-bar to wedge the right side hole on the attaching plate down enough to screw in the left bolt until it was tight then used the bolt to wedge left side down enough to start the bolt. I unscrewed them both a half turn and installed the remaining bolts and tightened them all.My model did not come with a hitch. I bought one from the dealer in 2015 and installed it with no problems. But the hole in the new bumper did not line up the bolt that attaches the hitch. It was close but the washer rubbed against hole edge and popped the cover up. After trying unsuccessfully to file the overlapping area of the cover, I used a box cutter to remove the cover material using the washer as a guide. Unfortunately the cover retainer tab near the hole must have been bent slightly and no longer snaps in. The hitch bolt cover hides the affected area but is slightly canted from bent retainer tab.

This bumper came at the braces already installed. It was a simple 4 bolt install. Everything matched up perfectly the bumper looks great. Everybody says aftermarket bumpers are much cheaper than OEM but the weight of these bumpers were almost identical. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Put this on my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and fit perfect. My truck did NOT have the exhaust cut outs - but that bumper is $100 more expensive so I went with this one. Took 30 minutes. Arrived in perfect condition, quickly, and free of any blemishes. License plate light bracket facing doesn't sit flush and are bit confusing, but it snaps in tight once you figure it out. My only complaint is that the trailer plug in cutout doesn't just "snap in" - I have yet to figure out a way to keep it from popping out. The metal spines that are supposed to snap in with the brackets line up fine, but it seems you can't push the plug IN far enough to get it to seat. Might bend them forward and see if it helps, will update...

this bumper arrived damaged. hardware was missing. picture shows one piece, this bumper arrived in two pieces with other misc things to install. once hardware placed, bolts were to long. If put in through the top, it wouldn't line up to attach around license plate. If put in through the bottoms, the plastic cover would not attach on top. the welded threaded bolts on the bumper were full of paint. the bolts sent would not fit. One of the welded bolts detached. There wasn't any paperwork attached so no idea what was supposed to arrive. attempted install and bumper arrived so bent/poorly manufactured that the driver side scratched the truck, the license plate lights would not install, and again, the bolt being to long issue prevented the bumper from mounting correctly.I get the added benefit of paying for return shipping.

The product is a direct replacement for the OEM. I re-used the OEM bolts because the thread pattern on the new ones did not match.
