It takes getting used to foam rolling. initially it is not only challenging to balance yourself and roll but also a bit painful.. that applies to any good foam roller. I tried it once so far when my calf muscles were tight from last leg day workout and voila the calfs weren't tight and the pain was gone and the back also got a good massage.. fantastic.

The roller had a cracked core ( three of them) tube on arrival, and to add insult to injury the teeth weren't uniform specifically at the edges where they were deformed with smaller size and uneven shape. I though Strauss was a good brand. Unfortunately, my experience is otherwise. additionally, I was answered that this is medium density whereas this is high-density foam. Bad experience... really bad one,

This is must try products and you can recommend to your friends as well.

Best investment in case of fitness. Makes you forgo all the soreness from your cardio and strength training exercise. I have never been so comfortable without soreness and tiredness after a workout like this. It is a must buy. Watch some foam roller routines and practice after workout.

Being a dancer/performer, this is my lifeline. Haha! This is great to just loosen up the muscles after a long intense day. It’s sturdy so it won’t lose shape and with different patterns you can control (Upto a certain level) the intensity of the massage. Also I go the purple colour, so pretty!
