My one rep max deadlift has been stuck at 170kg for months because my weak hand gives out half way through the lift. Had to keep dropping the bar as it was sliding over my skin and making it blister and tear.Used this for the first time today and not only did I increase my one rep max, I managed a set of 5 lifts at 175kg. My right hand was still the point of failure but the additional grip allowed me to hold on to the bar for longer with less slip and therefore much less pain.I'll be up to 200kg in no time!

I've always used weight lifting gloves, mainly to save my hands, but was finding it difficult to hold the bar in a deadlift. I could feel the bar slipping out of my left hand after 4 or 5 reps.I dropped the gloves to get more of a feel for the bar, but needed something to really help me grip the weight, as I could still feel some slippage.The chalk really helps, in that it feels like the bar is now stuck firmly in place in my hand. You only need a pea (or slightly more) sized amount, and that will usually suffice with full coverage for 3 or so sets. Give your hands a good rub and keep working it into the parts that come into contact with the bar the most. It dries within about 3 seconds!I go to a commercial gym so chalk isn't commonplace and I did get a few funny looks. But the chalk is instantly dry, does not throw powder particles in the air and best of all, leaves no mess on the bar. I like to change the songs I'm listening to before a set and the chalk does not dirty the phone.Would definitely recommend.

This chalk has completely changed my gym experience. I train as a powerlift so when I’m deadlifting etc I’m lifting some pretty heavy weight meaning that after a while my hands get skippy. This chalk has completely changed that and I’ve never felt more in control during my compound lifts now. This chalk is basically like using a real life cheat code.

Happy with this liquid, was helping me over come blisters while lifting, only downside is that someone nicked mine from the gym!

Very good product. I used to wear gloves when lifting at the gym but I was losing my grip strength because of them. After switching to the liquid chalk my hands are still protected, and I'm able to grip better for longer too.I would say value for money is not the best as you can get much different brands with larger bottles off of nutrition websites for the same price as this 50ml bottle.However portability wise this is great with it being so small and having the clip included too.It also gives off a pleasant enough scent too so that's a bonus.

I love this liquid chalk! I use it in the gym for my pullups and other bar work and it is just as good as the usual gym chalk. It dries really quickly so you can get to your workout almost immediately. One word of caution: only squeeze out a tiny amount. My first use was such a waste as I took out too much! Worth every penny!

I had been performing RDLs with a double overhand grip without chalk. Even though my hands were not particularly sweaty, my grip was starting to fail towards the end of the set.When I applied liquid chalk, I was able to squeeze out another 2 more reps. The chalk doesn't make a mess either.I train at home, but I think the handy size would be great for discreet use in a commercial gym.I would recommend this product.

Avevo già avuto esperienza con gesso liquido di altre marche, poi negli ultimi periodi ho utilizzato la classica magnesite in polvere che si trova nelle palestre. Ora che sono tornato ad utilizzare questo tipo di gesso liquido apprezzo la sua consistenza e il grip molto più efficace, oltre al fatto che è molto resistente al sudore e pratico da utilizzare senza sporcare qualsiasi cosa.Consigliatissimo!

Bei mir kommt leider nur ein helles, nahezu durchsichtiges Gel aus der Tube. Der Kreideanteil liegt gefühlt bei 0,01 %. Daher ist es nicht als Chalk zu gebrauchen. DerVerkäufer hat zwar auf die Beschwerde reagiert und wollte eine neue Packung senden, hat dies allerdings nach zwei Wochen noch immer nicht getan. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich keine Antwort mehr. Die Kreide wurde daher zurückgegeben.

Hab's zum ersten Mal bestellt um schwerere Kettlebells besser handeln zu können. Loch in der Wand kommt ja bekanntlich nicht so gut. Talkum Staub wollte ich nicht, Handschuhe? Meh. Aber das Zeug hier ist richtig gut. Könnte etwas billiger sein. Sind zwei Kappen dabei, eine die man nach der 2. Benutzung verflucht (eher zum Transport draufmachen) und eine mit ner Wippe. Die ist zum Dosieren ganz gut und Fummelfrei. Man braucht weniger als man erstmal denkt. Abrieb gibt's immer, soviel ist klar. Viel bleibt aber an den Gewichten hängen (sofern der Griff keine Hornhautraspel Muster hat und recht glatt ist) und weniger landet auf dem Boden. Die Haut ist auch nicht ganz so trocken wie bei regulärem Talkumpulver. Auch stinkt es nicht.

Von Vorteil ist der Karabiner, gerade wenn man Liquid Chalk auch in luftiger Höhe bei Klettern nutzen will.Cool wäre es, noch eine größere Tube/Flasche mit Karabiner kaufen zu können, da sie bei meinem Verbrauch schon fast wieder alle ist, nach ein paar einsetzen. Aber immerhin gibt es sie überhaupt.Es ist flüßig genug, um leicht aus der Tube zu kommen (das ist bei anderen Anbietern nicht immer der Fall) und trocknet schnell. Die Gripfähigkeit ist aber ein wenig schlechter, als ich es von anderen Anbietern gewohnt bin.

Il prodotto è molto valido tiene bene non sparisce subito dalle mani però devo dire che la confezione se pur molto pratica e con gancio è veramente piccolina. L'ho finito in poco tempo.Cmq se volete una confezione da agganciare e portare ovunque ve lo consiglio.

È arrivata solo la boccetta da 250ml, considerando che l’avevo comprata per quella con il moschettone da 50ml diciamo che una stella è anche troppo. Potessi dare meno di una stella la darei, sconsigliatissimo e molto deluso.

Da ich eine selbstgebaute Stange aus Edelstahl, welche im Durchmesser dicker ist wie übliche Stangen besitze hatte ich immer das Problem dass ich abrutsche. Mit diesem Produkt sind Dank des perfekten Halt mehr Klimmzüge drin. Ich werde es erneut kaufen.

Ottimo il grip offerto sulle sbarre e buona durata in allenamento. in 40 minuti di trazioni alla sbarra ho dovuto rimetterla solamente 2 volte. molto carino anceh il packaging con moschettone.

Non è male il flacone portatile ma come grip non ci siamo mi aspettavo una magnesite di qualità dato il prezzo!,Ma mi sono sbagliato,spero a questo punto di aver preso un flacone difettoso e che nn siamo tutti così perché è funzionale solo a rendere bianche le mani 0 grip.Purtroppo non saprò mai se è così siccome non acquisterò mai più questo prodotto.

È la prima volta che l'ho acquistato, l'ho uso per fare calisthenics ed è molto utile. Unica noia il dispenser piccolo tende a tapparsi se non viene utilizzato per il resto lo consiglio.

A differenza delle altre magnesite liquide il prodotto in questione è ben diluito: ne basta poco per coprire entrambe le mani. Si asciuga velocemente e dura un bel po'. Comodo il dispenser più piccolo con il moschettone

Pratico cross fit e con questa magnesite liquida avevo un grip fantastico, non proprio come quando ho i paracalli ma si avvicina motlo.
