Using the product for a Google Pixel 3 with a case is fine. The arms wrap about it and cling to it nicely most of the time. Largely I use the device with a USB cable plugged in to my car and it fits between the two lower armatures. The main "floppy" issue is with the grip to the air vent. The device will over some period of time become increasingly jiggly and start deflecting downward under the weight of the phone. I still use it, but will be looking for alternative options.

I like it. I wish it would be a design that did not block my AC from coming through and it falls off intermittently but overall I find it very easy to use and very helpful and better then past ones that fall apart right away or are dangerous when trying to get the phone in and out

If you have an iPhone, stay away! Your phone is too top-heavy for this to work. Mine has fallen out more times than not. It also does NOT take bumps (or turns for that matter) as well as a phone holder should. I’ve used my cup holder more than this “phone holder” since I bought it. Also the rubber clamp that holds the mount to your fan vent sucks. Cleaned it twice, but it still won’t hold on to my vent for more than 1 speed bump.

It's a good phone holder and doesn't take too much space. But the product looks very low quality, the material used is very cheap and doesn't look like it could last very long.

Great product but it seems a little flimsy and you cannot use it on vents that are vertical. It only works on horizontal vents.

Phone falls out occasionally while driving, doesn't support the weight of the phone well, and mounting isn't strong and moves a lot. It gets two stars because it kinda keeps me legal in a state that has a hands free law, but I wish I would have purchased another product

It's really flimsy, if you take a hard turn your phone will fall out. However it served it's purpose for a road trip. But if you're going to be taking a lot of hard tight turns (recording an autoX hot lap) this is not the product.
