Sizing is incorrect for this product
I wear a 12-12.5 US Ladies and my foot measures 27.8 Centimeters. I always go by this if possible, when ordering shoes because it's the most accurate. The Pedag sizing is really off. I ordered a size 42 (12L U.S.) and they are 2 sizes too small. The size in CM on that pkg is 26 but the size in CM is not listed in the product description. I called customer support but they couldn't give me the CM measurement for any of their sizes. Also, U.S. 12 Ladies is not = to 9 Mens. It's at least a 10 Mens. The 44 fits me perfectly, but I'm not pleased that I had to pay to return them because of the product company's error. The dimensions listed in the product description are evidently the dimensions of the package. Not at all helpful. People need to know the dimension of the actual product! If you order these, make sure when you try them on that the heel, arch and metatarsal areas are fitting in the correct position. I didn't realize immediately that while my heel was in the right position, and the arch seemed to be in the correct position, when I viewed the graphic on the pkg., I realized that the metatarsal pad was about 1 1/2" short of where it should be.As far as wear, I really like the Holiday. I can wear them in sandals or in shoes and they are comfortable for my moderate, over-pronation(heels and arches fall inward). I have a pair of podiatrist made inserts and they are the same as the Holiday as far as arch correction. The Holiday however, adds the much needed pad under the heel and metatarsal. Other than the over-pronation, my only problem is a moderate sized bunion and some arthritis in the big toe joint. The Holiday raises my arch enough that I land in the middle of the ball of my feet instead of the large toe area. I also don't have any problem wearing them for a long time from day 1, but then I didn't have a problem with my podiatrist made either. My physical therapist recommended to use a tennis ball and roll it under your foot while watching tv or reading, for short periods, to get used to arch supports, but I didn't need to. Also, if they fit well but are painful for you, try wearing them for 10 minutes at a time and gradually increase that time.

Compares favorably with the custom made arches
I have what the orthopedic surgeon calls a splay foot. Simply put I have more of a flipper than a regular strong upright foot. On top of that my right foot pronates so that when I walk big toe gets the brunt of my weight with every step. I splurged and went to a store that makes custom arch supports and they are great, but they were $500 17 years ago so I shudder to guess the current price. Since I'm retired I just shuffle around in house shoes most days and have developed almost debilitating pain from my back down my leg to the aforementioned great toe. Need to walk for exercise, but hurts an awful lot. Long story short, I decided to look into arch supports again and these little numbers fit the bill. Being properly aligned goes a long way toward alleviating back, leg and foot pain so am hopeful walking will be more fun and less torture now. On top of everything else, I have a small (4 1/2) foot and the lovely thing is that the smallest size support fits perfectly in my "little kids size 3" running shoes. Everyone's foot is different so these might not work for you but I'm so happy I have found a solution at an affordable price. (They even look and feel similar to those expensive custom arches.)

Order a size smaller IMO...
I normally use these in my figure skates (i actually only need one but had to purchase in a pair) & it works GREAT so I tried it in my actual street shoes....I normally wear a size 11 women's shoes but I find the medium (up to size 9) arch support fits me better. I also feel like it elevates my leg...I seem to have to bend my knee slightly to stand "evenly" when I'm standing in place, when I use it in my street shoes but I over-pronate on my left foot so I definitely need this support, unsure why it feels like "I'm elevated" on that one side & unsure how to remedy it, I just assume I have weird feet! lolol Not a deal breaker and I'd definitely recommend these for sure nonetheless, so much better than what I found in stand alone shoe stores.

Great arches
This is the second set of these same arch supports I have purchased. I keep the first pair in my boots and these are to switch in other shoes. I love that they are comfortable and have metatarsal support as well as the arch support. Both pair equally as good. Definitely recommend them highly.

They’re truly fantastic!
I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis that’s been ongoing despite many treatment efforts since April of this year (7 months ago). Ouch! Anyhow, I’ve tried a ton of insoles. Only Birkenstock blue and Superfeet green insoles were worthwhile options, with Birkenstock being the best. Birkenstock blues can be challenging to find and they are expensive so I’ve been looking for an alternative. I stumbled upon these (Pedag Holiday) and due to the $20 price point, I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I was just getting ready to order 2 more pairs and thought I’d leave them a review. I’m not the reviewing type but these are so fantastic that I figured I’d let it be known. They are thin, which made me think they couldn’t provide adequate support. Boy, was I wrong. They’re truly fantastic. Try them! I just hope the company doesn’t come up with a reason to increase the price.

Great quality, great for walking, but maybe not for running
I started developing metatarsalgia in my right foot from running, and looked for insoles to prevent this. I have flat feet, and although the arches on this insole felt great for my mid foot and heel, I'm not sure why I started developing blisters after running with them on the ball of my foot. There was chafing between where the insole starts and where my foot met it, and maybe I needed to wear thicker socks or use another insole size. For walking these are really comfortable and created an arch for me, for running will differ for everyone. They felt like really good quality and I would've kept them if they didn't cause blisters during runs.

Great for those that require the extra support
I like these very much , but just wished they had a bit more rigid support in the arch. I find these work great in shoes were the insole can’t be removed. I purchased this brand and another brand Keemovin to try in that pair of runners. My preference is the Keemovin brand, however I plan on keeping the Pedag brand. And by the way, both types have genuine leather on the tops. They are definitely worth the money!

Me encantaron

Same great quality
I purchased my first pair of Holiday Pedag over 7 years ago, have consistently used it over all those years and it’s still in great condition. I was so please to find that the 2 most recent pairs I got was of same quality. They are fairly thin inserts so you don’t have to worry if they’ll make your shoes feel too small/tight. I plan to buy several more to insert my ballet shoes, sneakers etc… excellent value considering it gives me almost comparable support as my $600 custom orthotics. Will definitely purchase again and soon!
