Cute runner! Low pill, which is what I wanted for easy cleaning.Packaging: it came so tightly wound that I’ve been struggling to get it to relax for the last two weeks. I’m trying using a carpet cleaner to wet it and air dry hanging to hopefully get it to relax flatter.Label: the manufacturer’s label on the underside looked removable - so I ripped it off, and brought with it many, many fibers. The loss of material is mostly unnoticeable from the top, due to the variated design, but is definitely thinner now. This is a serious flaw in label placement and/or adhesive. Or learn my lesson and just leave it on!

Honestly this rug looks so cute. First of all I didn’t break a bank, this rug cost nothing compared to other brands. But it’s fluffy and warm, and stylish.Note** I read other reviews about product arriving wrapped and most of the waves don’t relax. That’s is true. But there is a way to flat it all out.Put the rug upside down, get an iron with steam, and work those bumps with pressure and stream It. It took me 20 minutes to flat all the waves, I flipped it back up and looked perfect.Nice purchase after all.

The rug is great. The only comment I wanted to make is that we ordered the larger one (darker) and this one which is a size down and it’s lighter. Ordered the same color so not sure why there it’s such a difference. Besides the color discrepancy, great rug.

This runner is nice and fits in my hall way perfectly. It is a little thin for the price. I had to use rug tabs on the corners to keep the rug in place. Overall the rug is good for a hall way or entry way.

I have this rug in my living room and I absolutely love it! It looks just like the picture and is already starting to flatten out nicely. It's not super thick but it is soft. I just received it so I'll have to see how easy it'll be to clean.

Not the softest but it’s a runner for the hallway so not a big deal. Does slide on hardwood without grips on the bottom. Can’t speak for longevity yet but seems good enough

This rug is very nice for the price. I have two very active dogs who run, play, wrestle on it every day. There have been no snags. When they come in with muddy feet it just wipes off with a damp rag.

Nice for the office. Chair rolls easy as it's not to thick. Would recommend.

Love the rug! The light grey is a bit lighter than I thought, it has more white than grey. But for the price it’s a really good quality.

This rug came so deeply creased that two weeks after laying it out flat with heavy objects on it to smooth it down, there is absolutely no way this will improve. It's not worth the price tag on it, much thinner than it appears, and there is a very obvious brown undertone where it appears grey in the photos. The very idea of wrapping this back up again for a return is so daunting given the size and weight. This will end up in the trash.

I have another huge rug from same company and I love it. Thats why we bought this one for our home office. When it arrived it had a very weird smell & dusty. We tried to air it. The thickness and size were ok. But the main issue is that the color is not what I have imagine. I thought it was grey and white. The background is not white at all more like gray stripes and darker grey line, not what I have seen in picture. Maybe thats what I hoped , to have a whiter background... anyways it made the room very dark and we returned it. For such a pricy rug, I dont think it fulfilled my expectations...

Almost didn’t get it as one person said it didn’t settle flat , it was rolled out flat the same day!! The colour is as I expected . It’s not as heavy as I thought it would be for the price . But again I didn’t have to leave my house and it came to me with a smile!! Lol I am very happy with this purchase just ordered one runner and maybe another.
