This is the 3rd dash cam I've brought. The first one (E prance) was totally useless.. kept turning it self off. The second From nextbase was only slightly better. recorded well, picture quality not bad but the date and time went back to 12 AM 1st January. every time i wasn't driving making date/time logging impossible.. I read many reviews before buying this item. all four and five stars. Arrived quickly in a tidy little box. fitting was simple. set up instructions clear and easy with a long power lead to reach the socket in the rear of my van. came with a handy little tool for lifting door seals, trim and head lining when concealing the power cable. day time image quality very good. certainly better than my previous dash cams. Night time images with street lighting also quiet good but on unlit roads can become a little poor but that's the same for most dash cams. Also having a rear facing camera is a massive plus. Great if your rubbish at reverse parking. It's early days with this dash cam but compared to the others I've owned this feels right..

The camera comes well package with lots of accessories (the cable to connect the rear camera to the front camera is plenty long enough for most smaller cars if routed correctly along the car). I was a bit apprehensive about fitting the rear camera to the reversing light (but the cable was easy to identify and easy enough to fit), and I dreaded drilling the number plate area to anchor the camera at the rear but again it’s easy to do if you take you time.The most time consuming bit was actually hiding the cables (there is a supplied tool to hook the roof and door panel linings to wedge the cables behind) but I also watched a YouTube video online for my model of car and ended up removing panels to hide as much of the cabling as possible.The front camera is where all the technology is and to be honest it was pretty easy to insert the SD card (not supplied) and easy to operate. Plug the camera into the car accessories socket, plug it into the camera and the instruction booklet is adequate to follow the menus to get the camera recording.On the whole, no complaints (so far) - it’s a cheap dash camera set that I use only as a dash camera on my short journey to and from work. It might even lower my car insurance premium next year!!!

Ordered this dashcam after an incident. Was surprised by how small it is. The suction cup has a quick release so you can take the camera out without having to unsuction the whole holder. Its a little stiff to get off but only if you push it in all the way. The power cables are plenty long enough to get them tucked away. The rear view camera can be wired direct to the reverse so you get full screen when reversing. The settings are pretty straight forward to navigate and come with everything you need set as default. The start up time is fast and in the low seconds range. The image quality is surprisingly clear and you can easily playback footage through a pc. Very happy purchase.

Absolutely loved by my partner who not only tells me about his journeys but is happy he can show me when his encountered bad drivers, not great for me was hoping to avoid having to hear about every trip lol. However the camera is amazing quality, easily fitted in no time at all, came with all cables he needed only extra purchase was the micro ad card. Haven't rated the night vision as I've not witnessed that yet but everything else is fantastic

Very good for the price point. Fitted in my convertible with no problems. The picture quality is more than good enough if I ever have to use it to prove an insurance claim. The reversing camera is also fantastic.

This has been a really good present, I'd been meaning to fit one to the car but hadn't got round to it, I had a prang in my car which wasn't my fault but luckily there was a witness but I just thought I might not be so lucky next time, so when I was asked what I'd like as a gift, this came to mind. I researched various ones and this came out as the best for me.I had someone else fit it as I'm not too good with DIY etc but was told that it was easy to do. The results have been very good and I'd definitely recommend it.

Looks like it will do the job. I don't like the fact the usb cable is too short to charge the camera so will have to keep swapping between charging my satnav or phone and the camera. However they are supplying a hard wire kit wiHigh is great.

The dash cam kit was delivered quickly and was relatively easy to fit. However, as I have a large car, the cable connecting the reversing camera was too short. I have contacted Campark and they are very kindly going to supply a longer cable.
