LeakMasterEpoxy Stick Pool Repair Putty PP701

I originally bought this product under a different name many years ago from a swimming pool supply store. I used it on my swimming pool pump which cracked from someone over tightening the drain screw. I also used it to fill the enlarged hole for a stainless steel screw which holds the dial on a valve for the swimming pool filter system. Both repairs worked well. These repairs lasted many years. In fact they lasted throughout the life of the pump and valve. The pump was changed only when we decided to upgrade to a larger capacity pump and the valve until we re-plumbed the pool pipes, feeding the pump and filter.This product is easy to measure. A plastic picnic disposable knife is what I use to cut it. You can use this to make repairs underwater. You pinch or cut a section of the cylinder. You roll the section in to a ball until the color blends into a single color that’s smooth and soft. only negative about it is the color. I’d love to see this being rolled into a pure white. When it’s mixed the color is a light gray. It could be me but I did find it hard to get a nice smooth finish. I have used this to repair garden tools and other outdoor items where fine finish isn’t very important. It stays soft enough to use if you rewrap it in the original paper and put it back it it’s tube. I don’t use it often so I put it into a Ziplock Quart-size zipper Freezer bag. I remove as much air from the bag as I can. I originally bought this at a swimming pool store I believe it is the same product the outside color was the same it mixed up the same. It was under other labels however and it was quite expensive at the swimming pool store. It was far less expensive to buy it through Amazon.

Easy to use and works great for minor pool leaks. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in different colors to match the concrete.

This product is great for stopping leaks. I had a leak on the exterior part of my pool skimmer (above ground pool) and it sealed it. I am pleased with how well it worked!

Hard to adhere to plastic

it really worked great easy to mix exelent product stop the leak in my specific case a small hair crack in my pool about 2 ft long side wall where it joint to the bottom of the pool I recommend 👍 this product thank you

I was excited that it came in a different color besides white. It should be blue cause most pools are a blue color. Well this was a green looking blue which didn’t matter much when you mix it together with the hardener it goes back to being all white. While mixing it it sticks to your fingers even when wet, with other I have never had that issue. Lastly it’s hard to work with while applying, it flaked off in little pieces.

My in-laws had a leak around a return jet in their concrete pool.I used the product as recommended and sealed the leak. It has been holding water for 2 weeks now.

I used this for a leak around my skimmer and it worked perfectly.
