Works fine as a replacement for the bulb in a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with low-profile single dimmable lamp attachment. The bulb sees about 8-10 hours of daily use on 50-80% brightness and it's been going strong for two months now.

FYI: This is NOT a dimmable bulb
It's the correct bulb for our kitchen ceiling fan/light but contrary to one answered question, it is NOT dimmable.
