No Video Recording
Very bad documentation and practically no customer support. The latest updated App does not support video recording on the SD card inserted in the Camera. The moment you try setting up the Camera for either Dynamic or Real-time continuous recording on SD card, the software exits the App and does not save the setting. As a result the SD card sits in the camera as a dummy and not a single second of video is recorded. There is no support for this issue anywhere.

Nice budget home security camera
Camera has been good but it doesn't easily connect to its app neye3c and takes several attempts to connect. Other than that it is a good budget home security camera with better picture quality and night vision. I like it as a stand alone camera which records video clips in small durations which we can view later on a computer.

Nice CCTV camera.
I would have given 5 if the sound output in the speaker is atleast good. U cannot get anything from the speaker. But the image clarity and sound input is great. The app helps so well to look the home wherever we are with beneficial features. Easy to configure and we have a memory card slot.

Detailed summary of product after using for 3 days
1- cannot move camera while accessing. 2- cannot access camera on other mobiles( only one device) tried to install in second mobile but first mobile session ends 3- one way audio issues ( too much noisey when hearing output) 4- view of camera in application is in circle view (not covering much) 5- configuring camera is big hassle ( only 1 way of configuration works out of four) 6- option of tilt while camera is ON feature is not available On overall it’s just a plain camera only one view and on only one device with too many complications to install. Too many notifications while accessing camera due to poor application development.

No so great
The app does not provide notifications properly, the image it records in hd mode is clear but not so clear that u can identify a person easily. You cannot erase the video stored in the cloud which is as costly as 3.29 $ per month. So overall not so great product
