Fantastic quality SIP speaker
We bought over 150 of these and have not had a single failure. Volume is loud (>85 db) and clear. Support from Grandstream is excellent and well informed. We have these on mobile carts running over WiFi (5GHz) and I can't say enough good things about this product.

Great Speaker for Paging and Intercom
The speaker works very well for paging needs, as well as two way intercom. Excellent microphone quality. Lots of configuration options for customization. Overall quality matches the price. Recommended product!

Seller won't respond to messages for help with return even after Grandstream approved the RMA.
Our company discovered a problem with this speaker. The audio goes in and out and sometimes cuts out all together. So we were instructed to contact Grandstream directly, which we did. They agreed there was a problem and issued and approved an RMA on 10/14/2021. They then told us that we would have to contact the seller for the actual return and tell them that the RMA was approved. We did that and have gotten no response from seller with several attempts sending them messages. So now we are stuck with a product that doesn't work and are out $219.00. We don't understand why they won't respond when this is due to a defective product and Grandstream has already agreed to make things right but wants it to go through them, since they are the seller?

Das GSC3510 ist ein gutes Freisprechgerät an einem (oder mehreren) SIP Account(s). Die Stromversorgung per Netzwerkkabel macht eine technisch "schlanke" Lösung möglich: Lautsprecher auf den Besprechungstisch, ein einziges (Netzwerk-)Kabel ausgerollt und fertig. Durch die drei radial angelegten Mikrofone sind alle Teilnehmer rund um das Gerät gleichermaßen im Gespräch. Ein anderes Nutzungsszenario ist ein "Aufruf-Lautsprecher" z.B. in einem Warteraum. Dafür würde das Modell GSC3505 (Oneway-Betrieb) ausreichen - das GSC3510 geht aber natürlich ebenso. Es lässt sich vielfältig konfigieren und ist rasch eingerichtet. Kleiner Hinweis: Das initiale "admin"-Passwort ist pro Gerät einmalig und findet sich auf dem Aufkleber mit der MAC-Adresse an der Unterseite des Geräts.
