MotorKote Stiction Remover, Diesel Engine Injector Treatment and Cleaner | 32oz., Single

I've got a 2004 6.0 powerstroke. 190,000 miles and never had any stiction issues. I always run rotella t6 15w40 but as of 2022 it's almost impossible to find. So I changed my oil and used rotella t5 15w40 which is a blend. Used a quart of Lucas oil treatment as well. The truck ran fine. Until a cold start. I had never had prior issues with cold starts. Just let the glow plugs get hot and go. Not the case anymore. The truck ran like a hit or miss engine with a venerial disease. Died on cold starts multiple times. Ran inconsistent as hell and missed like crazy. Until it got warm. First thing I did was change the oil to t5 without the Lucas. It got mildly better but still had bad luck with cold starts. I could feel even while driving the truck was more sluggish and didn't run as it used to.I used this motorkote stiction additive. Drained out a quart and added this stuff. Started the truck and it ran a little rough until this stuff worked in. Let it get warm and took it for a drive to really work it in and the truck is back to running as healthy as it was before the oil mess. Would definitely recommend. If you get to the issue right away and clean gummed injectors with this it could save you a lot of money replacing them.

Made my engine peppy and keeps my oil cleaner longer

Before using the product my truck would have this annoying noise while pressing the diesel, a loud muffled noise. After using the product the sound is less muffled and plus I have a little more power.

I use my truck to haul a boat around and I noticed that I had better acceleration after using this product.

I have no doubt the product works on carbon buildup. However, it says it is safe for gasoline and turbocharged cars. The product in the one on "one" of two vehicles caused a PCV vale (oil catch can) squeal noise after the diaphragm in the unit was damaged. The PVC valve wreaked of the product (smell) so I cannot recommend it. It was a $186.00 mistake after I diagnosed and replaced the valve, ugh.

It's good for cleaning up engine

I bought this because I felt my injectors were not performing well. It took about an hour of drive time to notice a change, the power and acceleration increased.
