Very cute! Most items from China run very small but this isn't true for this item. My baby is 3 months old and is in some 0-3 but mostly 3 month clothing now. She falls in the 52 percentile for weight and 75% for height. This is too big for her in both length and width. I'd say the 3-6 size runs closer to 6 month. Hope info helps someone else to size correctly. We will still use it and it is made well & perfect for the winter season.

This little outfit is perfection!! I ordered the 12-18 month and my daughter is 12 months 21 pounds and it fits perfect with a little room. It’s a great thicker material and seems to be good quality! I would buy it again

I purchased this for my daughter’s 1 year photo session. It was adorable! It fit perfectly. The buttons are adorable and she was very comfortable in it too. I absolutely love it and can’t recommend enough. I paired it with a onesie and tights just because it’s cold where we live.

Precious outfit but runs very big. Soft and well made. I ordered newborn. Lol, the socks that comes with it are hugh would probably fit a 2 year old ! Whats up with that ?

I just received this item in size 12-18m. Material is nice and thick and feels comfortable. I didn't try it on my 1yr old yet but it looks like its a size too big. I'll prob be exchanging for size 6-12m.

Lovely outfit, soft and well made. Thinking of buying the gray one. Bought 12-18m for my 11 month old (95 percentile for height). It fits a tad loose as one shoulder strap will fall off now and again, but I am sure it'll fit better in a month or two.

It’s more like a 6-9 month outfit from what I’ve gotten. It would never fit a newborn, but it is very cute and I’d give it five stars if it had been the right size. Stretchy material and cotton collar. Love it
