Thomas & Friends Take-n-Play, Talking Thomas Train

Cute train. My 1 yo loves to walk around and press the button to make the toot toot sound. I didn’t read the description and when I received it I was surprised at how small it was. It’s just a smidge too narrow to roll on a wood track. But that’s not too big of a deal. The kid’s still love it.

The product information says the length is 6.4 inches. Please note that the measurement includes the packaging. The actual toy is less than 3 inches. But it is cute and accurately painted.

Dose not fit on wooden stracks

I don't know what it is about these die-cast trains, but my kids love them. They love that they talk, that they're small enough to stick in a sweatshirt pocket, and sturdy enough to be dropped without breaking. My only complaint is that eventually the battery dies and "talking Thomas" becomes "silent Thomas", and needs to be replaced. Lasted a while though - we got ours used from a friend and it lasted another year after that with a lot of button pushing along the way. Would love it if there was a set available w/ Thomas, Percy and James instead of needing to buy them all separately though!

I literally love this, I’m not joking.

while I love the train...the sound and lights; the ad is so deceptive! The train is not 6" in length....it is just about a third of the size that is advertised. I am so surprised....I don't expect this kind of deception from Amazon. This needs to be corrected.
