I installed the antenna on my window and the setup was easy (under 5 minutes). The antenna has 3 self-adhesive pads on it to help with mounting. You then take the cable connected to the antenna and connect the other end to the antenna connector to your TV. Finally, plug the power supply cord into the amplifier (it's part of the cable coming from the antenna) and plug the other end into a USB power supply. I'm not sure if it is supposed be part of the kit, but my antenna did not come with a power supply. Most people probably have at least one of these laying around from an old phone or other USB device.As far as reception goes, I was able to receive all the analog and digital channels available in my area. I live in an apartment in a rural area, which also happens to sit in a basin. It is probably among the worst set of circumstances for this antenna, so I wasn't surprised when I couldn't receive any channels from a city about 90 miles away.Overall, it's a great deal on a great antenna, just be realistic about its range for your area..

I was worried that this would be difficult to install, but the instructions were logical and I got it installed in less than 3 minutes. I wanted this to get the local stations (including PBS) and I am able to get them with a great picture. Got many more channels as well - many that I don't get with cable. It took some experimenting to locate the antenna in the right spot, but figured that out in 3 tries. I am hoping to ditch the cable TV when my contract is up, and this antenna gives me confidence that I will be able to do that, and save big bucks!!

Bought this antenna last week after using my mom's for a couple of months, and I really like it. It was super easy to install. I like that it came with the adhesive pads already on the antenna to stick to your wall. There was no need for pins or anything like that. Which is what I disliked about my mom's. I get about 58 channels with antenna, and all of the picture quality is HD. The only thing I didn't like was the the power cord, and on switch if that's what you call it. The power cord is a USB and if you don't have a USB port on your Tv you have to use a plugin adapter similar to your phone charger block. Luckily I didn't have this problem, but my mom for instance would have to go out and buy one. She has a very old tv model. The antenna she has is just a regular plug, which I like more. The USB also seems like an unecessary step, but I guess it eliminates the need for a plug to be used in an outlet ( If you have a USB port) The on switch box felt really cheap and fragile to me. Seems like it won't last long. Hopefully since it's behind the tv it and rarely touched it would be ok. Overall I do like this Antenna. It works great so far, and is worth the price!

I bought this antenna and have been very impressed with its performance. Installing the antenna is quick and easy, and once you finish scanning for channels it works flawlessly. This antenna picks up many more channels that I never got before with my old antenna. The quality is also great and it can stay locked onto a signal really well without losing it. Overall I am very impressed with this antenna and highly recommend it.

To get signals from different stations, the antenna has to be angled in different directions. I have been trying to find a way to hang/mount it so I can accomplish this, but so far I have failed. Sometimes it works to bring in a few channels just sitting on a chair pointing at the ceiling. Other times it has to be hung on a wall and pointed up and to the south or west. The long and short of it is that it works no better than a cheap Homeworx antenna that came with a mount. Very bad VHF reception, but from what I read all flat antennas do do well with this. If anyone knows of some kind of mount that would help, please let me know.

My son hooked up one antenna to each television on the inside of a window.We received all the main channels such as ABC, NBC, FOX etc. as well as KCET, KCET LINK, Sports, then about 50 other channels. Some Mexican. Japanese’s and Chinese’s Channels.The reception was good, but my son decided to move both antennas outside ( on the same window) as my television didn’t get all the channels that his television did. ( a photo showing the antenna now)Suddenly the picture was better then ever and I got even more channels.He then did the same to his antenna.He got more channels and an excellent picture as well.Love your product, wish we had done this before. Great antennas.

I bought this unit in an attempt to upgrade my existing system to receive additional channels that are available. - Unfortunately, there were two issues : - reception of available channels : - and sound quality. - I could not receive as many channels as I had been receiving with my old antenna. Also, on many of the channels that I did receive, the sound would fade in and out, from very low volume to the selected sound volume. - Overall, it failed to improve my system, only to degrade it.

This item was easy to install and picture was clear. However, if there are only a few local channels in your area, I do not recommend you purchasing. It seems the products was made for and works best in the USA. I took it to The Bahamas and was only able to get 3 channels and satellite music stations. Also you have to be very careful with it because mine fell and broke within an hour of installation. This speaks to the quality of the product. Needless to say, if you live in the US this will work perfectly because there is lots of local stations but be careful to ensure it is fixed so it does not fall and brake.
