This stuff is terrible! It gave me dandruff.I used the actual Women’s Rogain before this and this does not compare! Not only does this smell different, but when it dries, it dries out my scalp with it. This stuff was making me itch, flake, and giving me dandruff.I thought I’d save money by buying this, but now it makes sense to me why it’s sooo much cheaper.Don’t waste your money!

It has no scent dries fast and easy to use, but leaves your hair really hard and dry even after put on oils.

Caused a horrible itchy rash on my scalp in 36 hours and returns are not allowed.

The Basic Care Minoxidil Topical Solution is a hair regrowth product that takes time and commitment. For reference I’ve used different types of products for hair growth before, I have mild hair loss in the frontal areas and I have very sensitive skin.KEY POINTS-this is only for women with mild to moderate hair loss-not for postpartum hair loss-your hair won’t become thicker overnight. I didn’t suddenly have all my hair fall out and become thin. So I can’t expect to suddenly regrow my hair. It takes 2 applications a day for 2-3 months before you really start seeing results.-you use the dropper to apply to scalp then gently massage it in.-it needs to fully absorb into your scalp so no swimming, hair coloring or hair washing for about 4 hrs afters application. Sounds difficult but it’s easy to make it fit into my schedule... even during summer!-smells a bit like rubbing alcohol but the scent is gone within 30 seconds of application.-my hair (at the roots of application site) look almost greasy for up to 30 mins after application but then it looks completely normal.-zero irritation, flaking or burning. So far this is comparable to other brands I’ve tried. The ingredient list is almost the same as brands that are much more expensive. I’ve had results from these ingredients in the past so I’m excited!! I’m dedicated to slowing down my hair loss and am excited that this budget friendly option is available! If you can commit to 2x per day for several months then give this a try :)
