Over priced tv, but with the sound at included, you would think it’s a good deal, but when get it delivered, you realize that the sound bar is of poor quality. Mine, had one speaker not working, the remote and buttons are confusing, makes you wonder, why would Samsung the seller of this tv, include a soundbar from an unknown brand, that doesn’t even pop up on their own tv software, to sync with the tv. Totally feel cheated by Samsung

This amazing TV now sits in my living room and I couldn't be happier with it. The picture quality is crisp and clear. Sound is amazing and using the soundnar just enhances that. Set up was a breeze. I love that you get all the additional wires for the sound so you have options without wondering what wires you need to get. All in all; I'm really happy that I took the chance and bought it. Worth every penny!

The TV is everything that I paid for & then some. All of the equipment & accessories work well. There was a shipping mistake in the bundle that Amazon mad. However the seller corrected the issue way more efficiently than I or Amazon predicted to solve. Amazon shipped the wall mount bundle instead of the soundbar bundle. They wanted me to ship everything back & they'd in turn ship the correct bundle in a week. Ridiculous I replied, why not just take the bundeled products back & send the right bundled products I said. No that was there offer. Well how about I contact the seller myself to fix the issue. I did & they did accomplish the goal of customer retention. By sending the soundbar bundle in 3 days. So the products work well to my pleasure. I have nothing else to give by the way of a review. So I say research well & good shopping to who reads this.

TV works great but soundbar has never worked. A lot of issues. Broken pieces I need a new cord that connects to box since connections were broke and cracked. Not sure where to buy similar cord. So over all TV was good but feel that bundled deal was jibbed since soundbar has never worked to stay connected etc. Disappointed in soundbar. I'm still very happy with Samsung smart TV

returned sound bar poor quality lady stated that was not the one In orginal offer had to substitute --- tv cost was 547 I paid 800 refund was only 65 ?????? not a good deal for me !!!! don m

This tv is the sh%*t but the only thing I dont like is everytime I turn on the tv I have to manually connect the bluetooth speakers plus the tv is over priced but apart from that it works great

overpriced. soundbAr will not connect, peripherals not needed and increased overall price. not a bargain. remover from selections.
