Great Sound with Excellent Call Quality
Took a few calls and was told I sounded loud and clear. I told the caller I was planning on using this for business calls and they indicated it sounded perfect for that use. There also seems to a side tone, so you're not yelling with the buds in your ears. The sound is good and the typical Plantronics signature (big bass, slightly pulled back/"cleaned up" mid range, and a splash of treble). If you've heard the BackBeat Pro 2 Over Ear, it's fairly similar. They have touch and physical controls as well that can be customized to a certain extent. Quite a few features that cater to the professional user, so I can see these as a daily driver for the office. Fit is great and very comfortable. The physical buttons are easy to press and are positioned in a way that the buds don't jam into your ear canal. Firmware updates available via App. Nice compact case. I just wish it was USB-C, but all-in-all, this is a very solid package. By contrast, the RHA TrueConnect (same price) has a much nicer case (metal, USB-C), but it's a larger and not as travel friendly. And just forget about calls (echos, "reverb" sounding). They also don't fit nearly as well due to the bulbous design, with far fewer bells & whistles. The bass of the BackBeat Pro 5100 is better than the RHA TrueConnect.

Right bud is dead to me
Broke the first day I tried to pair it. Now the right bud has no audio. Can't put into pair mode. Bought some super cheap FunEars to get me by and they've been flawless. Polycom support couldn't fix. They offered to send a replacement. I'll update if I ever get the replacement. The one test call I made was ok. Audio sounded good to me. The guy I called said my end just sounded ok. maybe like a decent speakerphone. That's a big dissapointment. This was my last ditch effort to avoid a boom mic for work :(

One of the best I’ve tried
Bought this to test the quality and give it a try since they look professional. These are my findings: Sound quality is rich and crispy for both voice and audio. Treble and bass are balanced for different type of genre. Connection is reliable, and performance is overall great. However, I found the sound to be lacking decibels, which perhaps explains the sound quality. At higher levels, sound tends to distortion in most earbuds I’ve tried and Plantronics didn’t want to risk it. I don’t necessarily like to listen to music loud but I like to have the option to add more volume if needed. Comfort and fit are perfect. I usually get tired of wearing earbuds and feel like the ear canals are swelling or becoming irritated. Not with these design. They feel comfortable, almost like my old Bose soundsport. I never had earbuds that fit so perfectly and I’ve tried Sennheoser, JBL, Jam, Audio Technica, Apple, and a few other no-name ones. Anyways, I recommend this to someone who cares about their ears and wants clear, HD sound earbuds. I had to return mine because the case was lacking needed feedback that cheaper devices already have, namely a led that tells when your earbuds are fully charged, battery level, etc. I am considering trying the new Jabra 75t and they don’t work for me I’ll buy these again.

Good option for better reception when around $40
I purchased a set of Sesh bluetooth earbuds in 2021 on Prime Day but continued to be plagued by poor reception with my phone. My older S5 that converted to a music player works absolutely flawlessly with them but not really ideal to have a separate music player. I have a UC Focus headset for work and it has been generally fantastic. My only complaint being the headband breaking after 2-3 years. Otherwise solid performance - so when I saw these drop to around 43, I figured I would give them a go. Pros: Bluetooth range (for earbuds) Mic (when inside) Clear sound Cons: Mic picks up a lot of outside noise Must use app to connect to bluetooth (1st time) Bass/volume are average They come well packaged. Mine were barely charged and would not pair initially. As soon as I downloaded the app, they paired immediately. It would have been nice if the app let you tune the mic and/or let you adjust the bass/mid/treble levels since they force you to install it. After getting past that, the earbuds fit well. The tip is proprietary but I was able to find one that fits well and is comfortable. Sound is clear - a little flat. I prefer a bit more bass so that was slightly disappointing. I felt the Sesh had more bass but the 5100 was clearer (but not as loud). The bluetooth range was very good and I have had zero dropping issues when staying within 10-15 feet of my phone. They work well for calls but they do pick up a lot of background noise. More like talking on a speaker phone versus a close mic.

Wanted to love these but they are just OK
I love my Plantronics 8200 Headset and my Voyager Pro and that's why I bought these when they released but I'm sorry to report that the noise cancelling is average, microphone for calling sounds like you're distant and in a tunnel to people you're talking to, Battery life is what I would call average. Charging case is mediocre. Honestly for the premium quality I've come to expect from Plantronics, these disappoint. I won't stop using them but I wouldn't buy again and won't replace them with these same ones if they fail. I recently compared these to the new air pods pro and these fall significantly short.

This is my second one, because I left the fist one in my washing machine. Love it!

I was using a cheaper headset when making calls while walking, and people had difficulty hearing me because of wind and traffic noise. These work for me, since I've been using them nobody complains about wind/traffic stopping them hearing me. They are surprisingly comfortable and feel pretty stable in my ears. I'm not sure I'd recommend them for sporting (not that I've tried), there isn't any means to attach them to anything to hold them if they fall out. The battery life and mini charger carry case is very good/handy and lasts long enough between charges for good use. The sound quality is pretty good for an in ear headphone, but I'm used to a bigger pair of headphones for listening to music which outperform these by a long shot. If audio quality is your main driver, you should go for "over ear" headphones. If being able to make calls out walking where there is a little noise is important then these are great.

When looking for earbuds my main concern was quality on the phone call. I went through about 4 different types of wireless ear buds and ear phones for work. I have a set of Bose headsets and they are absolutely amazing but I wouldn't use them for my work which is outdoors. I would of gave 5 stars if the volume could go higher. These ear buds need to be seated in well into your ear to hear properly. If sound quality of music is your concern I wouldn't suggest these ear buds, but if phone quality is your main concern these are a must buy. I don't use them to listen to music, they're mainly for phone calls on the road. The PROS - good call quality - people hear me perfectly no cut outs, no static - I hear people fine as well - decent price not overly expensive The CONs - speaker is a little quiet with volume maxed - sound of music is a little tinny
