Before I bought this flosser we owned the well known eponymous brand, which stopped charging in just over a year of use and had to be refunded.This unit is better in every respect and represents excellent value at the price:- LED indicators for power level, battery and charging- water reservoir detaches for easy filling- Clever weighted tube ensures constant water flow- Nice build quality, relatively compact and easy to handle- Strong power level, with long gaps between recharging- Carry case is a bonusThe only minor criticism is that the USB C connector has become loose with use so you have to make sure that the cable is in a stable position. Other than that small gripe - it’s absolutely brilliant!

I have bought two of these, over the last few years, and generally they work well. The first one lasted three years of twice daily use. After a year or so I had to drill out the two very small internal ventilation holes which got clogged with limescale causing a vacuum to build up in the reservoir preventing proper operation. When the battery eventually started to fail I bought a new one, which was a slightly different in design, though had the same HF-6 model number. Unfortunately this one suddenly stopped working after 5 months. All credit to the supplier Baofengtong who immediately sent a replacement without quibble. The replacement is different again, yet still has the HF-6 model number. I hope this lasts as well as the first one.

This was my first water picker, and I loved it. It’s lasted over a year, and I used it almost every day. Here are my plus and minusesPlus - Works well, 5 speeds to adjust to how you want the water sprayed, easy to use, lasts a long time on one charge despite being used dailyNegatives - Charger is non standard USB meaning when my dog cheeed my charger I couldn’t just use a spare USB C or mini. Comes with a travel case and some accessories. Protective casing for charging point is removable and easy to lose. Item gets dirty inside and quite difficult to clean (Maybe same issue for all water flossers). A bit bulky for travel, and the on switch turns on easily meaning it switches on in car or flight and wastes battery. Wish it came with a few more accessories.Overall, it was a good product, however I would purchase one with a different charger, just for ease of use.

I've had a water flosser for years and after finally trying it my wife has decided she'd like one too.This one is presented in sealed bags on arrival (which is nice), and comes with a nice travel bag and various tips.It works as well as my other flosser being very powerful on full blast (too powerful for my sensitive gums), gentle enough for kids on the lowest setting, and the middle is probably right for most normal humans.Overall it feels well made and the tank is big enough to last a complete rinse. Battery life remains to be assessed, but it's similar enough to my other one, I'm going to guess at a month or so if it's used once a day.

I already had a water flosser, although a cheaper one than this, and had been telling my mum how much cleaner it left my mouth - especially as someone who at the time was going through orthodontic treatment. My mum has had her fair share of dental work, so I thought I would splash out on this for her and I'm so glad that I did. She asked me to take it for a test drive to ensure it was ok before she tried it - hence my review. What I would say about any water flosser is that I've found they definitely work better than just floss, and I find them much more hygienic too. I would go so far as to say they are a must if you are going through orthodontic treatment, or have had your fair share of restorations (including implants and veneers) or gum problems.Pros:- although using a water flosser like this takes a bit of getting used to, it does a much better job than dental floss in less time. My mouth feels infinitely cleaner and my gums happier than ever- stream of water is strong and great at dislodging food particles which are trapped- the 5 different pressure settings really do make a difference. I didn't have any issue with the highest setting, but my mum had some issues with her gums bleeding so slowly worked her way up to the highest setting over a couple of months and now has no problems- easy to charge, although it does take a while for the device to be fully charged- comes with a nice carrying case, so easy to transport when travelling- well-made, decent qualityCons:- it is really quite difficult to detach the water tank- battery does not last as long as with other water flossers I've used- when using the higher settings, the tank runs low on water relatively quickly so a refill is needed mid-clean- have only tried one of the nozzles (standard), so can't speak to the effectiveness of the other nozzles- not sure where to purchase replacement nozzles- the buttons are quite sensitiveRecommendations:- if you have any teeth sensitivity, would recommend using lukewarm water, as opposed to cold water- the device does need to be cleaned. I do a deep clean monthly, whilst emptying any residue water from the tank everydayEdited to add: Flosser's power button stopped working after less than 2 year's use. Very disappointing as I've now had to buy another water flosser.

Great quality and worth the money i paid. Also it works really well. Just be careful when using it on high power settings as it will definitely can cause damage to your gum. I prefer using it on low power settings or medium if needed but works great

Would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their oral hygiene 10/10. The flosser comes with a robust bag, charger and different attachment heads in their own box, making it perfect to travel with too. The different heads allow the ultimate clean and I like the addition of a tongue scraper. This flosser is easy to use and even has troubleshooting help in the leaflet. There is a good variety of different pressures so those with sensitivity can use this too. The strongest pressure has very good power and removes plaque with ease. This product is great value for money!
