Excellent product for dog's joints, very high quality although pricey for a small bag. My Malinois loves the flavor! He is very active and I believe it has helped with his coat also, it is so thick now and shines in the sun. I have this on autoship!

I have a 12 year old dog that weighs under 4 lbs. this product has been helping her ability to move around the house quite well also giving to my 21 month old dog that seems to do fine on this product it’s easy to use I sprinkle on their food every morning

I have not been using Pet Kelp long - about a month - so I am not sure about long term results. It was recommended by a vet tech at my vet's office. The prescribed medication for my dog is $84/month and Pet Kelp can render some of the same results as the meds without the high cost. So far it has helped: my dog limps less and doesn't have trouble walking or running as she did before taking the meds or Pet Kelp. Right now she is just on Pet Kelp...we'll see how long the effects last. I like the thought of something natural, like Pet Kelp, in lieu of medications that might have side effects.

A must have for our senior dogs! It really makes a difference for us.

I have a American bulldog (he’s on the muscular side) vet suggested putting him on a joint supplement so my son suggested this and our boys doing so much better seems to not be limping or whining like he use to and don’t seem to mind eating it sprinkled on his food. So far very pleased

Purchased this for our two dogs about a month ago and we saw noticeable improvement in their teeth and breath within the first two weeks! The main reason I bought this product was for kelp and its properties to help with dog dental health, the added ingredients for joint health was just a plus. Little dogs are notorious for bad teeth, and for our one dog I wanted to start young on his dental health. Even my eight year old dog has had some noticeable improvement - even though he already has pretty bad teeth. He also has a very sensitive stomach and is very picky, this hasn't caused any issues what so ever. I also love that this is a limited ingredient formula and that the ingredients are all beneficial for our dogs.

****Update***** Upon further research, I did find that Glucosamine Hydrochloride is better than Gluc. sulfate. I'm still not happy that I've got to find a chondroitin substitute and the cost almost doubled since my previous purchasers. ***Update*** On my 7th purchase of this item, I received a different product. The website on the back of the old packaging redirects to "The Missing Link", so I guess "Pet Kelp" (if that's who made it before) no longer exists. It is not the same product. It contains Glucosamine Hydrochloride. The original product had Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin Sulfate. I don't see a list of minerals, etc, on the new packaging. (The item on the left in my photo is the new stuff.) Am I to assume they are not guaranteeing the content?? All of these changes and it costs twice as much!! NO THANKS!!! ********Original review************ I have now purchased this item 4 times. I'm very happy with it, obviously. It's a very inexpensive way to add Gucosamine and Chondroiton to your pet's diet. (Why are those pills so expensive??) I add it to the Sojos mix when I re-hydrate. My 11 years old Boston Terrier gets a nice dose of vitamins and minerals along with his fruits and vegetables. He's in great shape, and I want to keep him healthy so finding a product like this has been key in his feedings. It was first brought to my attention by a local pet store that specialized in high end pet products. They closed, so I was happy to find this product online.

good supplement for my dogs who are on a raw diet. dogs like the taste

We have been using this product since our dog tore her ACL and we opted not to have surgery. It's been four years and she has not shown any signs of distress, I partially attribute it to this product. Would highly recommend.

So far so good, we feed our dogs raw and use this as a supplement to that along with some veggies and fruit. The dogs definitely love it. Time will tell if we see an improvement to there coat and for my oldest dog for her joints. She's 10 but is already very active.
