Bought this to add to my collection of 'useful' connectors, and to hook up a project. Ideal kit, has everything I needed, and has plenty of bits to accommodate the odd screw up. You do need the correct crimp tool - I have an assortment, but having the right one really helps. It is of course possible to 'crimp' the wires with pliers and then solder, but it's a real pain to do so.

My YHDC HSTS016L 20A clamp-on Hall Effect current sensor came with a non-terminated (wire ends) pigtail. I used a 5-pin female connector from the set to put on my own connector. I used an iCrimp IWS-3220M crimper (also purchased on Amazon) to attach the pins to the wires. All in all, very clean.
