This is the best tasting Vitamin B12 spray I have ever used. I am a vegetarian and I rely on supplements to keep my B12 levels up. I have tried pills, liquids and other sprays but I find this one to be the best. I can feel the effects in minutes - just a gentle lift and energy, but nothing like caffeine. I have had it a few months and I still more than half a bottle. Just one spray a day is all I need!

Gives me extra energy and tastes great. I was told not to take any after 3 pm as Some people find they can’t fall asleep at night.

Decent little drug!
Not sure if it really was from this but I felt energized and not tired at all when taking. Taste is good with no after taste.
