Dell 21 Printer Series Ink Cartridge for Dell All-In-One printers P513w P713w V313 V313w V515w V715w, 2-Pack, (Black and Color)

I recently ordered a inkjet cartridges. When the my order arrived, I immediately installed and attempted to use the cartridges. The Black worked fine, but the color cartridge didn't want to operate as if it was empty. So I used my printer's cleaning feature-multiple times prior to calling Amazon to complain. I explained the issue, Amazon and I came to settlement arrangement, whereby they refunded part of my cash back-at my suggestion. They then contacted the supplier, who contacted me and they offered to send me out two new cartridges. I was stunned at such great service from everyone-Amazon and the supplier of the Dell OEM cartridges....Man what great service! If the entire "IT Business" operated this way, maybe the Industry could enjoy a better customer service reputation.

The worst product produced, and frustrating to use. Don't waste your time or money.

Black ink worked fine from get go. Color ink showed error, did all the corrective measures and could not be corrected. Likely a faulty cartridge. But can't return one without the other. Put the cheapo color ink in and is working fine.

Buying low-cost "alternative" brand ink cartridges can be something of a gamble: some printers detect whether a non-manufacturer's brand cartridge has been inserted in the machine and punish the user (with admonitions and delays) every time the "print" command is clicked. My Dell printer (whose Dell ink cartridges cost ~$20) cheerfully accepted the Chinese-made CHIP brand (whose cartridge cost ~$6) and has been printing perfectly and immediately ever since its installation. Thank you, Amazon, for selling this good product.

Price was approx. the same as S------. but they did not have in store, and you had to order them. I used my bonus points and received the ink cartages at a very low cost.

At first the color cartridge did not work but they sent me a new one with out any hassles. Will order from them again. It works great. Thank you for your service. Very pleased.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a color and black ink cartridge from CSC sells. They were not needed immediately so I did not open them to check whether they worked. I still have not opened the black ink. The color cartridge was opened and did not work. You can see on the video that my printer does not register that it is even in the printer. The old cartridge has no problem. Bought another from Cartridge World and it has no problem. CSC Sells tells me because I did not get in contact with them within the 30 days, I need to just live with the $40 loss. Do not order from these people. They should honor crappy product no matter the length of time. And I am telling everyone, if you order cartridges open them immediately to make sure they will work in your computer. Just be careful that they don't dry out.

It's a good product very easy to install on your printer, the only bad side is if you live in a hot area (weather) it will dry and even if you just bought it, the printer will say that you have a low ink and need change.Pros:Good Quality printing ink, easy to installcons:Dry under high temperature, ( if you live in a city where the media temp is 70-95 F in the summer, i advice you to buy another ink brand and other printer.
